I’ve been using the Ventura gloves and shin guards for a while now, and honestly, I’m really happy with them.

The gloves feel comfortable right away and have a nice grip, which makes a big difference during training. They’re not too thick, so you still have a good feel, but they protect your hands well enough. Also, they don’t get super sweaty, which I’ve had issues with before.

The shin guards are solid too. They’re lightweight but still give good protection, and they don’t slide around all the time like some cheaper ones do. Once you put them on, they pretty much stay in place, which is great.

Overall, I’d say they’re definitely worth it for the price. Nothing fancy, but they do exactly what you need and feel reliable.

I ordered shin guards and boxing gloves. The shin guards were slightly defective. After submitting a complaint, I immediately received a response from customer service, and they sent me a brand new pair right away, even though only one shin guard was defective. They did not want the defective shin guards back, and I was allowed to keep them asIo. I think they provide excellent service, good products, and the accessibility and handling of the issue were wonderful. Keep up the great work! 💪

He probado los guantes de Ventura y, sinceramente, son unos de los mejores que he usado. La calidad del material es muy buena y se nota en los detalles y acabados. Además, sujetan muy bien la mano, lo que me da seguridad y comodidad al utilizarlos.

Otro punto que me gustó mucho es la atención al cliente. Siempre que he tenido alguna duda me han respondido rápido y con muy buena disposición para ayudar.

En pocas palabras, es una marca muy completa: buenos productos, buena calidad y excelente atención. Sin duda, una marca que recomiendo.

Ich habe all meine Equipment und Handschuhe dort bestellt. Seit zwei Jahren arbeite ich mit Ventura zusammen und muss sagen, dass Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier die Top Marke für ihn steht.

Commande passé d'une paire de gant et de chaussure début décembre avec comme promesse sur le site "livraison avant noel garantie" . quelques jours après le 11/12 j'ai demandé si je pouvais avoir des nouvelles .. réponse reçu le 28/12 : nous avons un problème de rupture et vous n'aurez cela que début janvier. j'ai donc demandé une date précise ou le remboursement. on m'a juste indiqué reception le 2 janvier. courant janvier, tjrs rien, fin janvier je relance et on m'invente une raison lié à la poste qui n'a pas trouvé l'adresse (je reçois plusieurs colis par jour à cette adresse). Une autre personne prends le relai et m'annonce qu'il y a une rupture sur les chaussures et que je vais être remboursé d'ici 7 jours en indiquant que l'ensemble du probleme vient de la poste. Donc résumé plus de 2 mois pour ne rien recevoir, la deception de mon fils pour Noel et mainenant je dois attendre un remboursement.

Ich habe eine Bestellung im Wert von 150 € (Bestellnummer 20222) aufgegeben, die bis heute nicht geliefert wurde.

Das Unternehmen hat mir lediglich ein vom Computer erstelltes Bild geschickt, auf dem als Ziel Köln angegeben ist – obwohl meine korrekte Lieferadresse Gransee lautet.
Ein Sendungsverfolgungsnummer wurde mir nie zur Verfügung gestellt.

Später wurde mir einfach mitgeteilt, dass die Sendung angeblich an die Firma zurückgegangen sei. Das ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, da ich ständig in meinem Geschäft anwesend bin.

Seit November bitte ich das Unternehmen wiederholt per E-Mail, das Paket an die richtige Adresse erneut zu versenden.
Bis heute:
• keine Antwort auf meine E-Mails
• keine Sendungsnummer
• keine erneute Lieferung
• keine Rückerstattung des Betrags

Sehr unprofessionelles Unternehmen mit äußerst schlechtem Kundenservice.
Ich kann diese Firma absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

geisteskrankes produkt die schienbeinschoner. richtig tolle verarbeitung passt auch sehr gut und optimal. direkt ins training und losgelegt.

Qualität ist super ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Boxhandschuhe mit den Tief Schutz genauso wie mit den Kopfschutz Preisleistung. Sehr top.

Ottima assistenza clienti e serietà al top. Ho acquistato degli stivaletti che ho restituito perché non soddisfatto della loro qualità. Comunicazione con il servizio clienti super positiva, risposte veloci e esaustive. Reso con sosti a carico loro, rimborso ottenuto in un giorno. Massima serietà.
