My experience with VenPayr has been overwhelmingly negative.
Communication was by far the biggest issue. Whenever I needed assistance, getting a meaningful response was incredibly difficult. Instead of receiving clear answers, I often experienced long periods of silence, with little to no updates about the status of my case. Having to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic information was frustrating and time consuming.
Even when support did respond, the replies often felt generic and failed to answer my actual questions. Rather than providing transparency, I was left with more uncertainty. As someone relying on a payment provider, I expected clear communication, especially when funds were involved.
The lack of transparency significantly damaged my confidence in the platform. It’s difficult to trust a payment processor when you cannot get straightforward information about what is happening or when an issue will be resolved.
Overall, my experience with VenPayr was disappointing. The combination of poor communication, slow responses, and the lack of clear updates made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to use VenPayr again, and I cannot recommend it to others looking for a dependable payment solution.
