I buy 2 weekly on jan 6 and i haven't got diamond yet. I messged in tiktok venomstore hoping they will listen but they left the msg on seen and didn't ansering . Dont buy it is scam.

Haven’t got 2 weekly pass it’s been more than one day the trust on this site is going bit by bit in seconds

I paid 401rs on weekly+11diamonds+55 diamond 1 day ago and haven't received till now I think I got scammed I till have small faith that I will get diamond if not then I am going for a case file for fraud and scam

Don't trust this site, at first this site make u feel trusty by recharging some dmds( small packs instantly) then when u purchase higher dmd item this sites scam u . So, make sure don't trust this sites......

Be careful before doing.Very poor mangement.They even respond.Lets report and shut this down.

On 21/01/2026 i ordered 1412 diamonds and it has still not been delivered
I checked if i had written the wrong player id tag but the gmail sent me my username of the game as well so there is no mistake in the player id tag
Its been 6 days today, they've given a number which doesnt respond at all, the gmail they gave for customer support doesnt respond as well
the customer service is absolutely dogwater I've grown tired of waiting atp..
i still have faith that they'll deliever the diamonds but having to wait for something i pay for for this long is just sad
donot recharge from venom unless u want to wait till forever

It's trash website and it says 24/7 active custome service they barley reply to you and it says the payment is successful but it isn't and they are just scamming people here
I just top up weekly pass 2 hour ago and they say it's success but.i have got nothing

I have topup 2x weekly its been 2 days but there is no weekly purchase done in game , and they do not reply my email and messages in whatsapp and when i try for refund they have put fake gmail where u can't sent email.

It's take 2,3 days for topup sometimes instant topup

Slow but gets the job done.A Day and half delivery time . BTW its cheaper than other merchant .

I bought a Roblox gift card digital and not got till now there is no way to contact them and non of the costumer service is working

Edited : it's been 4 days and not received what I bought still it's a scam.

I bought a welkin moon on 20 January but it's been more than a whole day and I still haven't received it.

I received it on Jan 21 after 2:00 PM.
I rated 3 star after getting, from 1
Maybe it was late, but they send the diamonds , So don’t worry.
However, because of the late service,
I won’t be using this again.
