Rod was attentive and sensitive to my situation. The problem was resolved, and he encouraged me that in the future if I had further issues not to hesitate to contact him.

The product is ok but their customer service is awful and since they only have online shop in Canada you would be heavily relying on customer service. so don't fall in the trap.

My guy Dave with Venommotorsports is amazing. Got with me right away to answer any questions I had and made sure I was getting what I needed. Appreciate him and everyone involved. Thank you all!

Venum Thunder 125cc Dirt Bike – Extremely Disappointed

I purchased the Venum Thunder 125cc Dirt Bike thinking I had found a great deal for my son. My initial conversations with the company were very positive, they were helpful and responsive, and I genuinely felt confident about my purchase.

Unfortunately, that excitement has turned into nothing but frustration, disappointment, and a heartbroken kid.

I even paid extra to have the bike professionally assembled because I wanted it to arrive ready to ride and ensure everything was put together properly. It arrived assembled, but on the very first ride, parts were already falling off - Kick start cap fell off making us have to hold the kick start in pocket and put on every time we wanted to start it.

On the second ride, the hand clutch broke off and the kick start still was broken. I contacted the company, and they did send replacement parts, which I appreciated. However, the problems didn't stop there.

The kickstart cap popped off again first ride, which we then had to keep on with a twisted cable. The clutch cable then stopped working properly, and we had to temporarily rig it with a spring just to keep it tight enough to function. The foot break broke and we had to weld it on as this was the second time it came off... THEN... the clutch pedal broke at the threads (threaded), leaving the bike completely UNRIDABLE AGAIN.

We have had this bike since June, and my son has only been able to put approximately 20 hours of riding time on it. For a dirt bike that is essentially brand new, the number of parts that have fallen off, broken, or failed in such a short amount of riding time is completely unacceptable.

What makes this experience even more frustrating is that these parts are not covered under warranty. Each time something breaks, you need to write in, send photos and video, back and forth emails, then there is a 5–7 day turnaround just to deal with the replacement parts, followed by what can only be described as "snail mail- canada post" shipping, which adds approximately another two weeks of waiting. (I will say the parts guys have been extremely great to deal with)

So every time this bike breaks, which unfortunately has been repeatedly, my son can potentially be without it for close to three weeks while we wait for another part.

He was so excited when we bought this bike. Instead of getting to enjoy it, he has spent most of the summer waiting for it to be fixed or waiting for another replacement part to arrive. He is absolutely heartbroken.

As a parent, that is probably the most disappointing part of this entire experience. I spent this money thinking I was buying something my son would be able to enjoy all summer. Instead, I'm watching him repeatedly get excited to have his bike running again, only to have something else break after another ride or two.

At this point, I have completely lost confidence in the quality and reliability of this bike. A dirt bike should absolutely be able to withstand more than approximately 20 hours of normal riding without parts falling off and repeatedly breaking.

I truly wanted this to be a positive experience, especially after how helpful the company seemed initially. Unfortunately, the quality of the bike, lack of warranty coverage for these parts, and extremely long turnaround for replacements have made this an incredibly frustrating and disappointing purchase.

I would NOT recommend purchasing the Venum Thunder 125cc Dirt Bike. I wish I could go back and make a different choice, because right now I have a heartbroken son and a dirt bike that, once again, cannot be ridden.

Dave has been amazing, he helped right away and got me the part I needed. His customer service is excellent and he went above and beyond. The parts department has a great employee in him!

Received it with a damaged gas cap but didn’t realize it until I unwrapped it several days later. It was replaced free of cost even though I was past the deadline for reporting it.

Rod in the Venom MotorSports parts department proved to be both professional and helpful. I greatly appreciated his support identifying the part I needed and getting it sent out to me. I will ask for him the next time I call for a part for the ATV.

I actually spoke with Rod and thank goodness,...he was brilliant. I needed a replacement body panel part so I figured I was going to be wrapped up for a while trying to identify and confirm the parts. The whole operation took literally less than 5mins! Excellent service,...wish such was more prolific these days...thanks Rod, you made that simple. 👍

ROD was awesome and super professional in all the dealings I had with him. I was super skeptical about this, the whole thing, being that I was at the end of my two year warranty, less than two months from expiring, and I had 8109 miles on my KPX250. I had already had a warranty issue item before, with my exhaust stud breaking off inside the head and after some time, they ended up sending me a brand new cylinder head with only the cost of shipping, which wasn't so bad. However, this time was a lot worse. Because my main output shaft bearings completely imploded, ground up, and fell apart inside my engine. This ruined my transmission gears and metal particles was all inside of my oil passages and inside every bearing. One of the big steel ball bearings separated the main shaft and counter shaft of my transmission and bowed out my left hand crankshaft engine cover. I was in a really bad mood when I called ROD, and I was already expecting him to tell me that I was too close to my warranty or something along the lines, but we work together and it took about two months.But he finally called me and agreed to send me an entire engine assembly. So as far as warranty, this is pretty good news, the only downfall is, it's $250 for shipping. Big shout out to ROD for doing the right thing, it is most appreciated. Thank you so much, Sir. When this is all over with, I may go ahead and pull the trigger on a KPM 400. We will just have to see....

Just received my venom x20 last night thing is awesome very easy to put together and no vibration I am ordering mods to give it more power but I recommend it. Sales guy Tommy and parts guy Johnny great people to deal with

I had a issue with my bike and I messaged customer support and they quickly called me and asked more in depth questions to get to the bottom of my problem. This helped me find the root cause and I was able to fix it. Thank you Rod for the quick response time!

I needed a part and I called in and was lucky enough to get a young man named Jason who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and most of all patient as I gathered the necessary information to ensure the right part was ordered. He kept his word by keeping me informed and followed up with me once the part was in and mailed out. I ordered a exhaust pipe from Rod. He was really cool and knew exactly what I was talking about. Super easy. He even said he is going to throw in the gasket for it. Can't wait for it to get here. Thanks!

Rod was very helpful and knowledgeable about my moped and parts.

Bought electric mini jeep not even 6 months in complete battery pack needed replacement they where great at sending videos on how to test and submit results even got a phone call with a smoking deal on new battery pack they where to send me info via email how to accept, but just smoke and mirrors long story short 6 months and 600 plus bought me a new battery pack from independent supplier, total waste of time and got nowhere with them, definitely wouldn't recommend them , buyer beware p,s battery pack removed and stored in heated shop over winter months just to show quality of parts supplied,
