Deadlines were missed, bathroom was left gutted with no real deadline in sight. Had to choose a different contractor to finish the job.

Venkor
Venkor, and Vitalii, were awesome to deal with. First the cement guys Patrick and his crew were sitting out in the hot sun waiting and touching up for the cement to cure before the left, then the construction of the garage was seamless and fast. They were all very nice and friendly and answered all of our questions even if they were dumb ones. They were also the best price out there, quality work from a great bunch of people. Highly recommend.

Venkor was very professional right from proposal to completion stage. They kept me informed on the progress of the detached garage installation, went out of way to arrange secure concrete for pouring even though there was shortage and completed the work with good quality
