My experience in this apartment was great because it was spotless and because of the location. It is located on the Grand Canal with its own dock-allowing for water access. One can sit outside for hours and just watch the water traffic go by-fantastic! The apartment is located in a great and trendy neighborhood. There are restaurants, shops, museums, churches and access to the water vaporetto-all within a few blocks. I have just rented for 3 weeks in this apartment and I plan to book again in 2026

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for four months in 2024. I was teaching at a local university for the entire fall semester. Mick and Annalisa were awesome hosts, friendly always available and ready to help out with any requests. The apartment is fantastic. In fact the pictures don't do it justice. There is a large modern kitchen with a good size table that can accommodate guests and friends for dinners or entertaining. There is plenty of storage space and the spare bedroom came in handy when we had guests. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to everything, including bars and cafés. We enjoyed being in a real neighbourhood and away from the hectic tourist areas of the city. I'd highly recommend this apartment! We hope to get back there soon!

Il n'est pas difficile d'obtenir une très bonne appréciation quant tout se passe bien et que l'on parle de Venise. Cependant, c'est dans la difficulté que l'on peut réellement apprécier ce que vaut cette agence ! En l'occurrence, j'avais reservé un appartement au 4eme étage avec ascenseur. 10 jours avant l'arrivée, on m'annonce que l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas. Jamais il ne m'a été proposé la moindre réduction de prix et j'ai du la quémander ! Un mois après la fin de mon séjour, aucun remboursement ! Je suis très déçu de leur manière d'agir, pas commerciale du tout et même irrespectueuse.

Esperienza unica. Accoglienza professionale e cortese. Siamo stati subito messi a nostro agio dal ragazzo che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, fatto fare un giro della casa e dato tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno. Appartamento nuovissimo con rifiniture eleganti e uniche nel loro genere che creano un'atmosfera intima. Consigliatissimo sia per l'unicità ed eleganza dell'appartamento che per la disponibilità dei gestori.

Elle nous a beaucoup aidés lors de tous nos déboires avec la compagnie Aérienne ITA (retard , perte de bagages). Compagnie que nous ne recommandons surtout pas !!! à fuir 🤬

excelente ubicacion!! muy bien equipado. un poco chico para 4 personas, pero teneindo en cuenta la ciudad nos acomodamos perfectamente. lo volveria a alquilar.

We had a nice stay on Corte Canal. The booking and responsiveness was good. There was a small leak under the kitchen sink and at 9am the next morning someone came to fix it.
Attention to quality of the sheets and the comfort of the bed would make the stay more enjoyable - the bed could have benefitted from a topper and one sheet was so thin that it tore.
Location is good. Five minutes to the Rail Station and two minutes to a supermarket and pastry shop.
We visited in January and the heating was good. We had the windows closed and there was nobody eating outside at the restaurant nearby (nice pizzeria).

We had a truly wonderful experience with veniceapartments.org. I couldn’t find a great deal of information about them but took a punt anyway.
The apartment in San Polo was clean, comfortable and very well appointed as well as being in a perfect location. Every step of the booking process was straightforward and all queries addressed promptly.
Thank you to Annalisa and all at veniceapartments who made our trip so good.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Appartement propre et bien situé
Nous y avons séjourné 5 jours avec 3 enfants, il n’y avait pas de chauffage
Nous avons été traité avec mépris lorsque nous avons contacté le keymanager puis directement le propriétaire. Ils nous montrait des photos instantané de la commande à distance nous affirmant que la température était suffisante, nous ont envoyé les textes de loi sur le chauffage des appartements privés etc…. Le dernier jour nous n’avions même plus d’eau chaude du tout. Le propriétaire a envoyé quelqu’un qui est arrivé avec 1 h de retard, à 21 h30, et à fait fonctionner pour la première fois le chauffage!!!! Et l’eau chaude.
Nous pensions bien qu’il y avait un problème, la première chose qu’avait vérifié la personne qui nous a reçu ayant passé un certain temps dans le local de la chaudière.
Bref nous avons eu du chauffage 12h avant notre départ.
Aucun mail d’excuse du propriétaire et aucun remboursement partiel!
Nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement pour la gestion incorrecte et méprisante des personnes en charge de l’appartement.

Venice Apartments were superb from the start of the booking to the flexibility of meeting us in the apartment... This was also excellent as we overlooked the Grand Canal, it turned out to be a great location and service was fab. Rob (UK)

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Venise.
L'appartement était parfait, avec une superbe terrasse (et son ponton) privative directement sur le canal. L'appartement était très propre et parfaitement meublé. Tout y était!
L'accueil sur place a été parfait tout comme l'accompagnement de Venice Apartment avant le séjour. Je recommande à 100%

Appartamento "Marco Terrace".
A 3 minuti da San Marco. Appartamento con terrazza meravigliosa, ambienti spaziosi e luminosi. Ottima posizione per visitare la città.
Ho trascorso 3 giorni davvero piacevoli.
Consigliato e bravi gli host.

Apartamento CANALVIEW muito acolhedor,limpo no centro de Veneza... Conselho para famílias e cópias. Voltarei com certeza

J’ai passé avec des amis une semaine en Avril dans 2 appartements, le Peggy et le Pollock.
Ils sont en plein cœur de Venise avec des restaurants magnifiques à côté!
La consigne des clés a été très simple.
Je le conseil vivement pour bien profiter de la ville qui est magique !

Una lieta sorpresa!
Siamo stati negli appartamenti Moro e Moretta. Sono 2 appartamenti nel medesimo pianorotto e comunicanti. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia (la mia e quella di mio fratello). Le case sono comunicanti e perfetta per far giocare i bimbi.
Sono equipaggiate discretamente, perfette per una vacanza di 4 giorni. Confortevoli e in zona tranquilla e sicura.
Supermarket e ristoranti sono a 50 metri. Treni e bus a 3 minuti a piedi.
Ottime le comunicazioni con Abaca e le info dall'aereoporto e per il check in.
Abbiamo incontrato Ernst che ci ha descritto tutto in maniera egregia. Ci ha dato molti consigli su ristoranti, musei, ecc.. molto gentile e sempre di buon umore :).
Sono certo che se dovessi tornare riprenderò le stesse case.

Really a great stay!
Me and my GF stayed in Sunnycanal. Great house (the house is soo huge), great view and great location.
Also the check in has been easy and quick.
We will raccomend for sure this house and this service

We should have been staying in this apartment for the third time next week after rolling the booking over from last year (thanks COVID) but unfortunately it isn’t going to happen again. Venice Apartments have been so understanding and nothing has been too much trouble, they have been proactive in keeping us informed and rolling the deposit over for yet another was a simple operation.
We are missing our visit to the Grandelux apartment

I loved staying in this apartment for a week. The location is perfect. Incredibly central and convenient. The small terrace on the Grand Canal is heavenly for morning breakfast and evening drinks. The apartment is the perfect size for a single person or a couple. And between the courtyard and the small terrace one is spoilt for choice. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxing and a great place from which to explore the city. The house was, in the 18th-century, the residence of the most celebrated woman painter in Venice - Rosalba Carriera. It was very moving to share her home.

The duo of Mick and Annalisa are responsible for veniceapartments.org. They are remarkably available and responsive from the point of initial inquiry all the way to the final hours of our almost 3-month stay in Venice. We stayed at 3 of their apartments from Nov 2020 to Jan 2021: Marco Polo Terrace and Sunny Canal in Cannareggio, and Patrizio on the Zattare. We were delighted that all the apartments were as described on their website and shown in the photos. Additionally, Mick and Annalisa were very candid in replying to any questions we had about the condition, location and setup of the apartments.

We traveled to Venice during the height of the Covid 19 pandemic, and were very concerned about borders closing and lockdowns, but Mick and Annalisa were incredibly understanding and offered a full refund of our deposit right up to start of our rental should we find ourselves unable to get to Italy due to flight cancellations or border restrictions. No other landlord offered such flexible cancellation terms. It was the main reason we booked with them as they were willing to accommodate the highly unusual circumstances of traveling and renting during a pandemic. We felt we would be taken care of, and we were absolutely right! Here are some examples of how Mick and Annalisa helped us during our stay:

- As we were long-stay renters and I like to cook, we requested a few extra items for the kitchen. Annalisa went over and above, and brought us 2 giant shopping bags of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, baking trays, cutlery and even a hand blender.

- When the apartment below ours started renovations, Mick immediately relocated us. He even took time to show us the city when showing us alternative apartments.

- When our home country instituted Covid swab test requirements for entry, Mick also helped us arrange for departure Covid swab tests at a local clinic.

- A last minute flight change required us to get a taxi at 4.30am to the airport, Mick was available late in the evening to make all the arrangements for us.

We highly recommend renting from veniceapartments.org when in Venice. Mick and Annalisa will be as open, swift, and hands-on as possible in seeing to the satisfaction, safety and comfort of any guest of their properties. They believe in building long term relationships and are a true pleasure to work with.
