Venga Store Arvostelua 

Leider bin ich mit meiner Erfahrung mit Venga sehr enttäuscht.

Die bestellten Artikel entsprachen aus meiner Sicht nicht der Beschreibung im Onlineshop. Nach mehrfacher Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir schließlich gestattet, die Artikel zurückzusenden. Dies habe ich entsprechend getan.

Seitdem warte ich jedoch weiterhin auf die Erstattung eines Betrags von rund 800 €. Ich habe Venga mittlerweile zahlreiche Male kontaktiert, leider ohne eine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Zwischenzeitlich wurde mir lediglich mitgeteilt, dass ein Bikini nicht erstattet werden könne. Das akzeptiere ich – die Erstattung des übrigen Betrags steht jedoch weiterhin aus.

Besonders enttäuschend finde ich, dass ich trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme keine verlässliche Auskunft erhalte und die Zahlung über Klarna inzwischen überfällig ist.

Ich erwarte von einem Onlineshop, dass eine vereinbarte Retoure zeitnah bearbeitet und der entsprechende Betrag erstattet wird. Nach meiner bisherigen Erfahrung kann ich Venga daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich hoffe, dass mein Fall nun zeitnah geklärt und der noch offene Betrag endlich erstattet wird.

I ADORE the festival outfits ! I wear it at festivals and my stage times. The quality and size is super and the support very friendly. The delivery was fast and everything very good. I will come back for more! 😍

Extremely annoying and slow postage. You need to allow at least 10 days for delivery. Can't believe these days an online shop takes 10 days to deliver an item. Unbelievable

I was honestly shocked to receive such attentive and efficient help.

She assisted me in sorting out the right size for me and changed colours when needed.

I cannot remember a customer service this fast and efficient !

I ended up buying even more pieces than the ones originally planned.

If I had a business I would try to steal her from Venga !! :))

One note about Venga: prices are reasonable. Especially when they include WORLDWIDE shipping.

Think for a minute the hassle of USA customs....

Good quality, true to size, arrived on time. Wore everything the whole weekend and had no issues. Would order again.

I will focus my review on the return process with Venga while also providing additional feedback for readers to consider and to have as knowledge about this company. I contacted Customer Service about starting a return. Their return location is in Spain, which is not noted on the website (as of Aug. 19, 2025). They initially offered me to keep the items at 50% due to "high shipping fees" but it was cheaper to send the items back. I sent the items back in the timeline of 14 days of receiving them. It's now been two and half weeks since I sent them and the carrier (reputable one - used USPS to ship them to Spain). The carrier has tried to deliver the package but is not able to reach anyone there. I have contacted Customer Service with little support on their end. They chose to write about an entirely different topic.

I also received my packages in several other packages with address from China. It was a bit confusing as I was not sure who was sending these packages. They use different carriers for their packages, so I had some packages arrive using a forwarded address and others not. Overall the shipping and return process is not smooth and in my opinion they should not be operating globally under such an infrastructure.

Venga Store offers a great selection of cool and unique products that you don’t find everywhere. What really stands out is their excellent customer service – I contacted them several times and always received quick, friendly, and helpful responses. You truly feel well taken care of. I can highly recommend Venga Store!
