Zugesagte,schnelle Lieferung des Abdrucksetz, trotz mehrerer Erinnerungen nicht erfolgt. Mit Paypal bezahlt. Nach dem Rücktritt vom Kaufvertag wurde nochmals eine umgehende Lieferung versprochen. Nachdem wieder keine Lieferung erfolgte, wurde mir versprochen, den überwiesen Betrag wieder meinem PayPal Konto gutzuschreiben. Natürlich warte ich wieder..

This company seems to actively spend an enormous amount of effort to take down negative reviews instead of focusing on fixing their business model, including customer service. I found the whole experience very unpleasant and felt that every time my impression wasn't correct it was another attempt to get more money from me by them. The customer service team doesn't seem to exist. I have tried to ring their phone number only be pushed around by various AI messages. When I tried to raise a complaint, again the messages were not being read properly and whether there was an actual person at the end of it or a bot, I was left feeling like I was scammed and not being heard. I think if all of the negative reviews remained, this company would have 1-star, but unfortunately trustpilot and Google seem to keep taking the side of Veneera. I was an actual customer and provided proof to Trustpilot to be told I never responded nor shared a screenshot.

I would strongly urge others to read the reviews and avoid this company. There are many others that offer similar services but probably with what I feel, less combative customer service teams.

Absolute waste of money! One size does not fit all! They look so fake!

Bisher nur schlechte Erfahrungen im laufenden Bestellvorgang..AI als Kundenservice,nachdem jetzt der 6. Versuch in Bearbeitung ist(3 letztes Jahr,3 dieses Jahr) bin ich gespannt..Erstattet wurde letztes bei meiner Aufgabe nichts..Gestern wurde mir Zuwenig Material geschickt als ich bestellt und bezahlt habe, fadenscheinige Begründungen man braucht zur Bearbeitung eine 2 Email Adresse...woher die guten Bewertungen kommen ist mir schleierhaft..

Bloß die Finger weglassen.
Customer-Service setzt AI ein, was zu größtmöglicher Verwirrung führt. Ein über Calendly vereinbarter Termin wurde nicht eingehalten. Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme unmöglich. Die AI führt einen durch den Prozess und hängt dann auf. Nach fast 30 Versuchen habe ich widerrufen. Dann ging das Theater richtig los. Wenn man AI implementiert, müssen zuerst die Prozesse stimmen. Horror. Die vergeudete Lebenszeit durfte ich dann noch mit den Portogebühren bezahlen, die nicht erstattet wurden.
Dabei wollte ich dem Ganzen noch eine Chance geben und nur zwei Zähne zusätzlich bestellen. Nie wieder Veneera!

Wie mit seinen Stammkunden umgeht ist eine Schweinerei. Habe mehrmals bei ihnen bestellt und nur wegen 3 Tagen hat man keine kulanz gemacht. Hauptsache meine 1000 Euro haben geschmeckt!

Beware. I was working away when they arrived. When I returned it was past the 2 week return policy. They did not fit. Tried and tried eventually they broke whilst trying to force them on.
Contacted them no direct phone number by the way and explained everything including sending pic before they broke. They Didnt want to know. Flimsy badly made cheap rubbish. Absolute con men. There actually a middle man and don't actually make them in the UK. Stay clear.

Unfortunately I’m a customer who’s had to spend over the odds to get my veneers. They’ve just arrive after over 3 months!! I can honestly say that they’re absolutely CRAP! I expected them to cover the teeth to give you a full smile.. NO! They look so plastic it’s unbelievable. Not come nowhere close to the advertisements the box and bag definitely don’t match description! ANYONE thinking of using this site please save your money! Go elsewhere. I’m so unhappy and disappointed in the product I could actually cry!! 😢 DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! Communication with this company is also shocking! £304 gone over 3 months of waiting back and forth. I don’t know how to add a photo of just how bad they look and how stupid they fit in my mouth!! I can’t believe I was this stupid to be ripped off so bad!

I have shopped with Veneera on two occasions and have to say that both times I have been thoroughly impressed with their speed, product quality and award winning customer service.

Initially buying for a wedding the product perfectly masked my damaged teeth and gave me back confidence that I hadn't even realised I had lost for years.
Unfortunately due to poor handling the product did end up breaking from my own negligence.

Downing a position to be able to get them again I placed another order and initially ran into an issue with the mold not being accurate enough to make the veneers, fearing a long wait for the product I reached out to customer services who upon a few emails informed that they could combine my new account with my old one and even use the original mold of my teeth to create the veneers meaning I didnt even need to resend anything.

Thoroughly impressed and would happily use them again.

I bought 2 pairs. Looked great, but both sets broke after a couple of months. Total waste of money.

unakzeptierbares Produkt, Geld futsch. Keine Garantie, keine Gewährleistung, kein Geld zurück.

Finger weg von Veneera!!!

Ich kann jedem nur dringend raten, nicht bei Veneera zu bestellen. Das spart Zeit und Nerven.

Ich habe mir ein Abdruckset bestellt und nach Erhalt, Gebrauch von meinem Widerrufsrecht gemacht- genauer gesagt am 11.03.26

Seitdem drehen wir uns leider im Kreis.
Veneera schrieb mir, dass der Fall nun von Ihrem „Experten-Team“ geprüft wird und kurze Zeit später, habe ich die Bestätigung zur Rücksendung erhalten.
3 Tage später, ging das unbenutzte Set bei Veneera ein und der Kundendienst fragte nach, warum das Absruckset unbenutzt sei und ob ich Hilfe bräuchte. Ich erklärte, dass ich bereits Gebrauch von meinem Widerrufsrecht gemacht habe und ich gerne mein Geld zurückbekomme würde.
Daraufhin schrieb man mir, dass der Fall nun an das „Experten-Team“ weitergegeben wird, um den Fall zu prüfen und zu bearbeiten. Wider habe ich eine Freigabe zur Rücksendung bekommen.
Das Set ist allerdings schon lange bei Veneera eingegangen. Auf Emails antwortet Veneera mit vorgefertigten Nachrichten und dass das Expertenteam nun meinen Widerruf prüfen würden. Kurze Zeit später, erhält man wieder die Benachrichtigung, dass man das Set nun zurücksenden könnte.

Das ist doch lächerlich!
Bei einer Sache hat Veneera allerdings Recht… Der Kundendienst scheint ausschließlich aus absoluten „Experten“ zu bestehen.

Da bis heute immer noch nicht mein Geld zurück überwiesen wurde, musste ich mir einen Anwalt nehmen.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich mit minus 5 Sternen bewerten.

I can't understand some if the bad reviews, my experience was perfect. People moan about the impression kits being hard to get the perfect impression but honestly if you have half a brain it's really not hard, watch the video properly and it's so simple! The process was simple and smooth and the end product was perfect 👍Don't be put off by the negative reviews

Niet kopen, weggegooid geld!!! Binnen 3 weken waren ze gebroken en versleten. Zit dan ook al geen garantie meer op: de garantie is 2 weken. Daarna krijg je niks vergoed en betaal je de volle mep als je nieuwe wil. Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Als je rookt of veel koffie drinkt zijn de veneers ook al flink verkleurd na 3 weken. Waardeloos bedrijf met waardeloze klantenservice. Trap niet in hun mooie reclames en nep reviews!

This brand is amazing! They are so patient and helpful with all my questions and my veneers are amazing! Many people have asked me for details on them and i have happily given them the link to this page. I can’t recommend more. The bottom one does have a slight crack unfortunately but they are being extremely cooperative and helpful. Linda is very patient and understanding.

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass es so einfach ist. Die Abdrücke waren wirklich easy und der Support über WhatsApp war richtig hilfreich, man fühlt sich nicht allein gelassen. Die Veneers sehen super aus und sind perfekt, wenn man schnell weiße, gerade Zähne haben möchte ohne viel Geld auszugeben. Würde ich jederzeit wieder machen!

De Venneers die ik bestelde zorgen ervoor dat ik mijn glimlach en lach weer met vertrouwen kan tonen.
