Single storey rear extension and internal renovation project
Vencer Construction recently completed a large, single storey rear extension and internal renovation project at our Victorian property. From the moment of the initial consultation onwards, Thomas, David and the wider team were professional, transparent and honest. They worked closely with my wife and I throughout the six-month project, with regular update meetings, site walkthroughs and prompt identification and troubleshooting of any issues that arose. The standard of finish was second to none, with excellent attention to detail and careful preservation of the original features of the property. We couldn’t be happier with the end product and would not hesitate to recommend Vencer to anyone considering an extension or internal renovation project.

David and Tom’s team carried out the renovation and extension of our property. Their team priority throughout every stage of the project was to ensure we were happy with their standard of work. If we raised any concerns, David resolved them without question. So please are we with Vencer that I have recommended my son employ them for his extension.
