I just received the agreement to sign. If you are considering getting a merchant cash advance with this company, you would be better off closing your company vs signing this type of agreement. Read each line, and consult with an attorney if you do not understand. Please do not make your business, as well as yourself as Guarantor, liable to such terms no matter the amount. IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Apply for a grant, ask friends to borrow money, stand on the corner and ask for donations, anything other than this. Other merchant advances have hefty contracts but not as bad as this one. Sheesh! If its life or death, I guess it would be worth it at that point.

In the world of MCA there are a lot of people who makes promises, but don’t deliver. That’s not the case with Velocity Capital. Jay and his team are highly efficient, transparent and professional.
