Very poor comunication

Very poor comunication, I was lied to on numerous occassions about delivery dates. I paid in full when placing order 27th July 2025 and it took 2 months for deliverly (today 2 7th September) absolutely discusting service and customer care would not recommend. I'm just hoping now I don't have any maintenance issues during the warranty period, that's gonna be another massive headache!

ZT15 Scooter purchase

ZT15 Scooter purchase. I ordered on the 3rd of September and it arrived slightly longer than expected on the 20th. However the wait was well worth it as this scooter is fantastic. It is very well engineered and is heavy and robust unlike many others. It looks better than most too, with an appearance which attracts comments from many who see it. The delivery driver Wojciech was very knowledgeable and helpful and is a credit to the Velobike company. I would not hesitate to deal with Velobike again in the future and I compliment them on their customer service, which even included a phone call from them within hours of ordering to thank me for the order and to explain what happens next in the process....they even sent me a thank you gift of a mug and a pen the next day. I wish more companies were like this and it was a pleasure to deal with them.
