I tried to get my money out for weeks but that guy from customer support just kept making excuses and telling me I had to pay more fees to unlock the withdrawal. It is all a lie and they are just thieves. Vellius is fraud and they should all be in jail for what they did to me. I was crying and losing my mind because I could not pay my rent or buy food. Do not trust anything they say on that website. I finally got help because someone told me about WetMore Lp and they actually listened. They are the only reason I got my money back. I was so desperate and lashing out at everyone but they saved me. If you are stuck like I was, get away from Vellius because they are just criminals.
