Vela Survey Arvostelua

Super professional and timely, very quick to arrange and execute the survey, not only that but they helped out with many questions after the survey was completed which proved invaluable when putting in an offer on a property!

Joe and Adam are amazing. Slick, professional and personable right through the entire survey process. Detailed and comprehensive, the report was exceptional.

Excellent service. Alex conducted a quality survey report and was a great support throughout, giving insights and explaining areas of concern. The survey was concise and easy to understand. I opted for photos to be included within the report and I’m glad I did because they demonstrated areas that need attention and I found this to be very useful. Prompt and professional, I fully recommend Smart Home Surveys.

really comprehensive report, very responsive and very helpful, thank you

Explained the process fully, easy to use platform, arranged the survey quickly and was at hand for any questions. Excellent service. Highly recommend

Efficient, helpful and thorough. Adam booked the survey in promptly and kept us informed. Tom prepared a very clear, informative and thorough report and answered our few follow-up questions very quickly and helpfully. Would definitely use them again.

Very thorough survey by Alex and ongoing support afterwards. Always prompt and helpful responses. Highly recommended

Great service by Joe! Report was very thorough, and aftwerwards really took the time to talk me through the survey. Amazing service!

Professional service. The company did a comprehensive survey and provided a clear report. Saved me from buying a poorly built property. No complaints.

Worked with Alex and coordinated with Adam, both amazing people and super easy/fast to communicate with.

This was my first time getting a survey done, and Alex was so patient in explaining the different elements and their priority. He was also very helpful in going above and beyond for giving insights. Thanks again!

Very happy with the service we received. Clear report. Surveyor was very friendly and happy to help us with follow up questions; we sent an email with a lot of questions and he took the time to go through them one by one, and he was also prompt to help even when we asked him something more than a month after the survey was done. I think the report came back 1 or 2 days later than I expected but this did not bother us too much. Thanks Alex & team!

Smart Home Surveys was great. I am satisfied with the service and the quality of the report. Kirstin, the surveyor, went into great detail. Also, Smart Home Surveys helped me find a trusted engineer to do a more in-depth check on a structural problem.

The quality of report was professional in nature. I was satisfied with the detail provided in the report on any urgent and outstanding issues to be addressed. Unfortunately, mistakes were found in the report however the team at Smart Home Surveys were happy to help remediate these errors. I would suggest, with any surveyor assessment, that the report be read very carefully in order to spot any potential issues before purchase.

Smart Home Surveys was great in every sense. They were quick to reply to my emails from day 1, they have a nice portal that tells you the progress of the application, they gave me a good date for the survey to take place, were on time, the seller had no issues with them and then 3 days later I have the detailed Level 2 survey report ready in my hand. Very seamless.

Later on also had a call with Alex to go over some questions I had in the report and he was very patient and helpful in explaining them to me. 5/5

Professional , polite and prompt! Very happy with the entire service from Adam and Alex - thanks guys, very much appreciated.

Excellent service, great report and very helpful overall

Great customer service - easy to contact and always gets back quickly with answers. We received our survey very quickly and it was very detailed. Highly recommend!

Smart Home Surveys was recommended to me by a friend and I could not thank her more. My experience with them was fantastic, from the Enquiries Department (Adam & Tom) to the Surveyor (Alex).

Very detailed and prompt responses via email and phone, honest & transparent service, quality reporting, great professionalism and great support throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant from start to finish. Went for the most comprehensive service which was well worth it.

Advice if you're worried about the gas and electrics then use Inspectify Gas & Electrics to check the gas, electrics and plumbing and central heating as I was worried about those. Very thorough inspections with photos and prices for remedial works.

My house is safe and that's all I was worried about.

Fantastic service - very efficient and responsive. The survey was very easy to understand and the photos provided of each area of concern are extremely useful. Couldn’t fault Smart Home Surveys - would fully recommend!
