The time of shipping was awful
The time of shipping was awful. The overall quality of the cup feels cheap and the lid does not feel secure. It also locks right where the handle is.

I love the way the cup looks
I love the way the cup looks, I ordered 2. The one I ordered as a gift is perfect! Liquid stays cold and it insulates very well. That one was a black tumbler. Mine was a colored cup and it doesn't insulate at all. Nothing stays cold which is the reason for the ratings I wish it was more insulated and not just really pretty

Unfortunately, things didn't go perfectly this time
I'll start with the good. When placing the order, I made a mistake in the delivery address, but it was quickly corrected by contacting support.
Unfortunately, that's where the advantages end.
The order was processed with a huge delay (24 days before delivery starts) and only after several additinal requests to support.
And after receiving it, it turned out that the size was wrong... I ordered sizes S and L, but received 2 with sizes S... Very upset.
UPDATE:
The store offered to exchange the sweatshirt for the correct size, which is a professional step on their part. Unfortunately, the item had already been forwarded to another country, making the exchange impossible. The rating in my review has been improved to reflect their effort to resolve the issue.

That's what I said, but the reason it takes so long to process orders is because there are so many of them. And you know what? I was holding my baby in one arm while designing that custom embroidered shirt for you with the other!

Loved the communication! I was informed every step of the way. Wish other companies/services were up to your standards. The reason I didn’t give you a 5-star rating was because of the quality of the sweater. The sweater seemed like it was a medium/large instead of a 2XL. I also didn’t like the color combo. The sweater was a pretty marroon but the color of the thread was a canary yellow. I was bummed!

hi we have described on our website that this is handmade so it takes about 3-5 days to produce and check quality. Then about 15-20 days for international shipping. Your order is currently within that timeframe. We have emailed you the tracking number for you to check once it has been handed over to the carrier, your order is currently on its way and you should receive your package soon
Still not arrived
I order as a gift on September and it still has not arrived (it’s October 12) currently. Super disappointed with the time it has taken. Will probably not be getting anything from here anymore.
