Very professional and friendly. Pleased with the results. Quite expensive but what isn’t these days. Dr Mark Regi explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. The 2nd follow up appointment consisted of Hazel, the nurse, making sure all the little thread veins were treated. She did a great job. All in all a great experience and I would recommend.

My first visit to meet the team was calming and I was well received. Navin took me through entire procedure and left it with me to decide. No hassle, no sales pitch or pressure.
I immediately made appointment and procedure was no problem at all. I had both legs (top to bottom) treated with sclerotheraphy procedure and all I felt was odd nip, faultless treatment and both Fiona and Navin made me very relaxed n chatted away during procedure. 45 mins over in a flash and i walked back to work.
Second day into my stockined recovery and no issues.
Fiona, Navin and Glasgow Team are brilliant.

I can’t thank Dr Mark Regi, Chris and Niz enough for their kindness and support.
I found watching the EVLA and Sclerotherapy procedure on the screen really helped my anxiety.
Mark informed me what was happening through the whole procedure.
The Patient information Pack is really informative and helpful.
My legs 8 weeks later are looking great with no lumps or bumps . Just waiting for the bruising to go and I should be bikini ready by summer!

I had non varicose reticulated dark blue veins that stopped me wearing shorts and going on holidays for years. The difference was amazing and I wish I hadn’t put off seeking treatment for so long. Dr Regi and Nurse Hazel at the Newcastle centre are so friendly and put me at ease and the cost wasn’t anywhere near what I thought it would be. I’ve been back for top up sclerotherapy and Thermavein treatment on my face with Hazel which has also produced fantastic results.

I had a consultation November 2025, the premises were lovely very clean and relaxing reception area with complimentary coffee a nice touch. All the staff were super friendly and professional i had my treatment two weeks later and was delighted with the results, I have recently had my follow up appointment and was delighted once again with the friendly staff and to hear I need no further treatment.
If anyone is wondering whether to have treatment Iwould highly recomend definitely no regrets.

Mr David Lewis was very helpful and understanding of my problem with my legs. He offered me good sound advice and a solution to resolve the on going issues I have been suffering with. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I had a varicose vein on one of my legs and I was not happy when summer came.
I had no pain, but aesthetically I was not happy with it on my leg, it was so visible.
They do an excellent job
staff is very friendly
I am very happy with the result, now I can't wait to enjoy summers again.

The staff were very friendly & knowledgeable from the receptionist to the consultant. They made me feel at ease & explained everything.
The only downside was parking at the Reading branch. But still 5 out of 5

I had EVLA and foam sclerotherapy carried out on both legs at the Rickmansworth Clinic. Miss Nung Rudarakanchana, alongside Marianne the nurse practitioner, were exemplary throughout the process. Miss Rudarakanchana was highly professional, friendly and had a calming presence. She explained everything clearly and checked how I was feeling the whole time. I had my follow up appointment today to have further sclerotherapy injections, but already after six weeks the aching and pain from my varicose veins has ceased and the appearance of my legs has dramatically improved.
