I would give 0 stars if I could this is a ridiculously poor company.

In short they sent me 2 vehicles after someone wrote my parked car off, I rang them asked them which car I need to send back, they told me which one to send one back and now 4 months later they have tried to invoice me over £2k for the vehicles hire that they told me to keep!!!

They aren’t open to discuss these matters outside of 9-5 which most people like myself work, I never leave reviews but this has infuriated me.

Ali was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle in the shortest time possible even going as far as rearranging his workday to accommodate my needs

I had a hire car delivered today by Ali.he was so polite and professional. A credit to your company his skills of how to deal with a customer was amazing 10 out of 10 well done

I agree with the other person on here Henry - he said he was accused of damaging the car and charged and so was I. I kept sending the paperwork back, as my car (mustang Mache-E) was hit by a client of Zurich Car insurance. They asked Europcar to hire me a replacement vehicle and they outsourced to Vehicle Replacement Group. They sent me a Tesla. I have a 50 mile round trip as a single mum in Norfolk to my kid's School. The crap Tesla BROKE DOWn it went all heavy and was so dangerous, I managed to steer to safety and I got my dog out of the car .Thank goodness as then the rust bucket LOCKED Me OUT in a SNOW BLIZZARD ! I had to get friends to pick my child up from school who still suffers anxiety at having to stay overnight (I'm very grateful to them). I had to call a tow truck, phone was running out and Zurich and tow truck expected me to stay IN A SNOW blizzard AND WAIT 5 HOURS FOR A TRUCK ! Luckily a friend picked me up . I finally got the car back and they got me in the next day (no explanation as to why it stopped working, why I couldn't get in and no apology for distress caused). I finally got my car back, dropped off the rust-bucket and carried on with my life. Imagine my SHOCK when I started receiving letters for VRP saying I had damaged the car! And that I was liable for £1700 damage!! I told them to go to Zurich ( I didn't know at the time that they had been hired by Europcar), it kept coming back to me, then a solicitor, told them the same, then the COURT appealed and told them the same, I was ruled out ?! Literally so helpless no one was helping me, this is all so unfair and stressful and like the twilight zone -then it got worse.. then a BAILIFF CAME TO MY HOME LAST WEEk and filmed me in my HOME in my dressing gown! I'm now terrified to be at home, I'm a single mum and all because someone hit MY car and I was so agreeable about it. I took hours and days out of my time to drive my car to be fixed and then this happened. They owe ME money and yet I'm having to pay?? No one is helping me. Zurich and Europcar say it's my problem and I must pay. do not use ANY of these companies

Daughter using this company …. Do they really try and source you a new replacement vehicle ? Don’t hold your breath , spoke to a dealer after they had been contacted by a member of VRG .Quote,
They appeared to be a bit clueless! Details of other vehicle passed on ..

The courtesy of the lady and I was able to sort a pick up point and time that was suitable

The lady was incredibly helpful and reassuring as I hadn't got a clue what to do.
She was very kind and talked me through the process

Disgusting service.
Clueless. Tried giving me entirely the wrong type of vehicle. More than once, over a few days. Which meant the final, agreed delivery date of the vehicle was pushed back by as many days. Then, while I'm sat waiting for said delivery, they Changed the eventual delivery date. By four days. Via text message. An hour after I was supposed to have received the vehicle! Leaving me stuck without transport. While needing to work and do multiple school runs etc. Absolutely pathetic. The lack of interest from the multiple staff I have had to keep calling, because they don't call back as arranged, again and again, is insulting. Makes you wonder how these jokers are keeping in business

I had a non fault accident in June 2023 which resulted in me acquiring a hire vehicle which was a Volvo XC90 which was perfect for my needs. ( this replaced my damaged Range Rover)The overall service from start to finish was excellent. Michael who collected the vehicle kept me informed of the collection process and was friendly and polite. Well done VRG

Wow. Lucy. What a credit you are to this business, which must get so many irate customers calling due to Ageas messing around victims of the bad drivers they decide to insure.

I am irate when I’m happy… so I was boiling when I was on hold. Your calming approach - once you’d fully listened to my entire plight - meant that, even after being put back on hold; I was smiling by the end of the conversation.

You are keeper for VRG. I just hope they award you with the appropriate remuneration so as not to see you look elsewhere to see what you’re worth.

If ever you’re treated with anything less than total respect: I’d say you were worth at least £18 per hour to a business like mine.

My vehicle delivery guy, Ali, was professional and friendly, and he told me the exact time he would be dropping off the vehicle. The vehicle arrived in an immaculate condition, this is a very professional and through car hire company. You take pictures of the car when you get it to log any scratches etc.

Spoke to Kerry one of the claims operators .. she was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know and put my mind at rest with thinks I wasn’t quite sure of … thanks again Kerry for all your help and support .. Steve Willis

Our courtesy car was delivered by Ali. His communication was great, giving an hour time slot for the following day. He turned up exactly on time and was thorough with the car handover. He explained everything and was polite and respectful.

Prompt and efficient service- much appreciated as we needed a replacement car sorted quickly and without fuss. Delivery driver Ali was friendly and helpful too.
