Excellent customer service post order and good value for money on my rubber i10 mats. Delivery was in a plastic bag and there was a bit of creasing of the mats - would be better in a box. The rubber mats are not very thick but they are fit for purpose and very nicely finished with a cloth edging for which you pay a little extra. Overall very pleased and will use again.

Wish I had found them sooner instead of buying a generic set of floor mats. Having a set that are cut perfectly and have the holes to lock the mat into the floor makes all the difference.

Got a new car recently, and with having two young children I wanted to keep the clean up of their mess as easy possible (I would rather clean removable mats as opposed to trying to get mess out of the floor carpet).

Had a quick search of companies and then compared trust pilot reviews. Vehicle Mats UK came out well ahead in reviews.
The costs are comparable to other companies (but I would have paid a little more based on good reviews).

Website is easy to use, with good pictures of your selection. Easy to find the mats required for your car.

Delivery was quicker than advertised on the website. Good email communication with regular updates.

The mats are of great quality and look very well made. The fit is perfect and I would buy from them again.

I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered my car mat, to be honest, but how wrong was I! From order to delivery was one week to Northern Ireland, including production and Royal Mail 48 service. Brilliant! The quality of the mat is fantastic and the fit is perfect! It fits edge-to-edge and is finished very well with a light grey trim. The mat has a rubberised gritty texture to the back so it doesn’t slip about and grips to the boot carpeting beneath. Based on my experience I highly recommend Vehicle MatsUK and have already placed another order for a family member who was equally impressed with the mat. Excellent service all round!

5* Company and their customer service. Things happen, so when I emailed them of damage to a car mat possibly due to transit/delivery, the company quickly responded, apologised and sent a replacement.
