The mats for my smart car were perfect. The quality, the trim, and they arrived sooner than expected. The price is also a bargin for custom made mats. Website is easy to navigate and they kept me up to date on the progress of my mats. What more can I ask for! It is so nice to deal with a company who know their products who offers a wonderful service all round. I shall recommend their excellent service to my family and friends.

I was really impressed with this company and the quality of their mats. I didn’t have much of clue what I needed but using their tool to check the mats fit my car before purchase really helped. Speedy delivery too.

First of all I haven’t been asked for this review, and I’m always skeptical of places that do! But I chose this company based on the reviews. Chris indeed is a very helpful guy, and the mats are perfect. I chose the carpet, for my Jazz 11 , and they grip so well to the floor I don’t need the clips. I’m so pleased and I’ll certainly use them again and already recommended to friends.

They don't fit correctly even though I put my reg in, to say poorly cut is an understatement, Driver side came with 2 retaining clips yet none in the car so just 2 holes. Very poor quality for the price wish I bought from Ebay now.
Why do you lie and blame it on the customer, this is my order from your invoice my grand vitara is a 2014 with NO FLOOR STUDS i wish I could submit photos to show how you are lying and blaming it on me. I ordered SYS0622 everyone look at the product it has no stud holes that's what I ordered.

Bought black velour with royal blue block trim for my 2020 Peugeot 2008 after being let down by another company. Really pleased with the mats in terms of quality and price and they look really good in the car!

I ordered after seeing the good reviews but unfortunately I cannot share the same positive opinions. I bought the EXECUTIVE range, charcoal grey carpet with black trim. The carpet is deep and feels plush, but:
1. It's not charcoal grey, it's very dark it looks black.
2. The fit is really poor. All 4 pieces didn't fit well, and the plugs are misaligned.
3. As you drive, a lot of fluff comes out of the carpet, and if you vacuum it's amazing how much fluff comes off. I don't expect these to last.

I Ordered the EXECUTIVE (1250gm Carpet) Charcoal Grey Carpet with Trim Colour
Blue / Black Stripe. But the next day I messaged to ask if the trim could be changed to Blue Pre-Stitch. I got a reply soon after saying, "That's no problem at all, I have updated the trim option on the order for you." And sure enough, a week or so later, the mats were delivered and were even better than expected. I couldn't be happier with both the product and customer service.

I have a 2018 Berlingo and kids so I wanted rubber mats to keep my car clean as much as possible. I bought cheap ones in the past but we put a hole through them in just a few months. This time I choose to spent more and get quality rubber mats from this company. They were really quick and I was so sad as the driver mat didn't fit perfectly (It has two pegs that needed holes but the reinforced holes where a bit off (2 cm)). I wrote to the company with pictures and measurements and in just a few more days I have my perfect fitted extra quality driver rubber mat with me. The set is amazing and protects my car so well and the customer service was the best. I am really happy.

Excellent service, we ordered a set of mats but upon delivery realised we had ordered the wrong model for our car. I reached out to Vehicle mats who arranged and sent a correctly fitted set the same day that we had reported it to them and allowed us to keep the original set we ordered to protect the car in the meantime. Great selection of mats and excellent customer service, will definitely use again in the future

I bought mats for my Ford Puma. Finding and ordering what I wanted on their website could not have been easier and there was a good choice of colour trim options.
The mats arrived much more quickly than expected and appear to be good quality. They are an absolutely perfect fit, so tight that there's no room for them to move around. And a good price as well.
Would definitely buy from this company again.

I ordered some mats when they came they were wrong fitting this was my mistake not theirs .. I emailed to organise a return but I was told to keep them and they would send me the correct mats at no extra cost
