Extra customs cost
The products are really good, but don't buy if you live outside the UK I had to pay the postman extra 21Euros for customs. I'm really disappointed since this never happened to me, especially for orders from Europe. Probably The UK is now outside Europe, but they "FORGOT" to tell or write me about this extra cost.
After my mail they refunded the 21 Euros, so I've changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you

I'm really sorry to hear that you were charged extra fees. This should not have happened. We send all our orders to the EU delivered duty paid (DDP). This means that taxes and fees have been paid and settled for you so you should not have been charged.
