After seeing all the reviews i was gutted thinking i was not going to get my winnings i had pending transactions one for £100 and of for £80 i was like no way am i getting this after seeing the reviews so i sent afew emails to ask about paymens etc and too my shock i had an email saying withdrawal complete the first one took like 9days but then the second one only took a couple of days to reach my bank and i have actually received the payments
So keep the faith to those who have been waiting for withdrawal

The odds on winning are awful. This casino does not like you winning. Customer support is terrible. Twice I emailed the address i was told to contact about closing my account and they havent replied. I contacted them again tonight and they ended the chat when I asked who regulated them and where they are based. I tried to withdraw twice but was told it takes 3 working days. The reason is so you can change your mind and cancel the withdrawal. I questioned why it takes 3 days and was told it was to ensure a secure checkout. I then asked why a deposit was instant and was once again ignored. I asked for a copy of my chat tonight (19/02/26) and was sent a blank email

Withdrawal pending for more than two weeks and still no payment. Support only sends copy-paste replies and refuses to provide a transaction ID or payout date. Very concerning experience.

Uitbetalen kun je wel vergeten , waar je ellenlang aan het lijntje wordt gehouden door AI chat bot en zogenaamde VIP managers via de mail.
nog 3500 euro tegoed maar de max uitbetalingen van 800,- per dag staan inmiddels al 2 weken op onveranderde status.

Gemeld bij de KSA , maar natuurlijk kansloos om welke manier ook het geld te krijgen waar ik recht op heb

I deposited on Friday 6th. I won and withdrew £200. I was sceptical because I hadn’t read the reviews first. This morning (10th) around 7am I got an email to say my withdrawal is complete and by 11.30am I had the withdrawal. Not sure if I will deposit again as some of the reviews say after withdrawing once they struggle to get anymore withdrawals.

Please do not fall into the same trap I did, when I first signed up to this casino it was great, you loose some you win some, I made a couple withdrawals and everything went through fine! The biggest being £450 and went through fine, I was not in profit at any point during this time! Then I won £1077, I made the first withdrawal of £500 on the 25/01/2026 and the second on the 26/01/2026 and well nothing! I have been on chat multiple times to be told the same thing over and over my withdrawals are in the final stages, they have been telling me that since Thursday last week it’s now Monday and still nothing! Live chat is still turned off and not a single response from any of my emails going back to Thursday last week from the support email, I have sent emails of complaint with screenshots of the conversations with the agents assuring me last Thursday my withdrawals are at the final stages and I should get an email very soon 😂 don’t be fooled you will not get your money. I will update again tomorrow and every single day until this is resolved or I forget and move on lol.

Another update: it is now Tuesday morning! Still no contact, still pending withdrawals, live chat still not working. I will update again this evening.
Another update, they have approved my withdrawal and that’s as far as it’s got! Nothing is in my bank! Still no communication! Still no response to the 54 emails I have sent since Thursday!! But most importantly I still do mot have my returns!!

They get people to put on fake reviews here stating they won and then they displayed dismay that they had won a big amount but didn't receive it, then they did receive it (all lies). I hope the people at this casino get caught.
