Beautiful produce

Beautiful produce! Arrived on time & box still felt cool to the touch. The bitter melon could have been packed a bit more securely, but still in OK shape.

I think the shipping charge does not…

I think the shipping charge does not justify the time it takes to receive my order, too many days… most importantly I received the fruit way to ripe. The first order was fine, but this time was not good.

Beautiful produce

Ordering is easily understandable, straightforward, and the product I got was beautiful.

Only problem was I bought malanga and got sweet limes instead, but the sweet limes are truly beautiful, and I'm not mad about it at all.

I was so excited to receive my package…

I was so excited to receive my package to only be disappointed. I had ordered 20 bundles and only received five the five I did receive were in good shape. I would like to receive what is missing.

Vastaus yritykseltä Vega Produce

Hi Eva! Thank you for contacting us. We sent you an email regarding the 20 culantro bunches you ordered; for packing reasons, we group them in fewer bunches, but if you weigh them, the total will be 0.5 oz per 20 bunches = 10 oz. We will send you a new email explaining it all. We are very sorry for the misunderstanding.

Vega Produce ROCKS

Vega Produce ROCKS! I bought a bunch of ajíes dulces to make Puerto Rican sofrito and freeze for future use. They arrived perfectly packaged, great quality and quickly via UPS. This is my second purchase with them and I will certainly continue.
