Worst customer service ever, they sent me a wrong item but they never replied to my emails!! I even offered me to keep the top they sent me instead of a skirt and pay for the skirt also but never had an answer about the shipping, why should I pay 20€ extra for another shipping because of their mistake.

Order never received and no response

I ordered from Veena Vintage on July 21, 2026 and fully paid for my order. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received anything.

I’ve tried contacting them by email, Instagram DM and phone, but haven’t received a response. I have now cancelled the order and requested a refund, but still haven’t heard back.

I previously ordered from them in August 2024 and had a positive experience, which is why I trusted them this time. Very disappointing.

I feel utterly disappointed by this company. After a successful experience with them in December 2025 when items arrived in reasonable time, I decided to order a further 2 pieces of clothing on 6th May, and aside from an automated confirmation email about my order immediately after I had paid for my items, I have heard nothing from them. It’s been 4 weeks now. They have not responded to an email I sent them over a week ago querying my order, and another that I sent directly to their website contact portal. Nothing. They are clearly still trading and taking peoples money…and now it feels very much like a scam. I have never had this experience with any other company. I haven’t raised this as legal issue yet to get my money back but I intend to do so if I do not get an acceptable explanation response from them within the next week. Out of principle if nothing else. A real shame as I really liked my previous purchases.

Op 31 december twee jurken gekocht. Deze zijn wel betaald, maar niet geleverd. Ik probeer de klantenservice via elke weg te bereiken, maar krijg geen reactie.
Dit voelt als oplichting.

Indien ik over een week nog geen reactie ontvang maak ik een officiële melding.

Be aware if you are ordering from the UK. I ordered 1 dress on the 21st of December. And it never arrived. Have opened up a case with my bank to hopefully get my money back that way.
Zero response after contacting them on multiple occasions.

Scammers.
Be careful. I was charged extra 130GBP taxes that the shop did not mention. No reply after weeks of me sending emails to them.
Also the clothes are very poor quality, see-through and low quality.

Vorig jaar voor het eerst besteld in de webshop en alles super verlopen en zeer tevreden over de ontvangen items. Nu in de sluitingsuitverkoop een paar items besteld waaronder een artikel in de verkeerde maat. Dus nadat ik nog een bestelling heb geplaatst met de juiste maten en nog iets extra. Wil ik twee artikelen uit de vorige/eerste bestelling retourneren en ga dus naar de betreffende pagina. Staat daar dood leuk: LET OP: ARTIKELEN GEKOCHT TIJDENS ONZE SLUITINGSUITVERKOOP KUNNEN NIET WORDEN GERETOURNEERD. Wat ik kan begrijpen, maar eigenlijk niet duidelijk vermeld staat op de website, noch in de artikel beschrijving noch bij het afrekenen van de goederen en dergelijke. Dus contact gezocht met de klantenservice tot verzoek met annuleren van mijn zojuist geplaatste bestelling met bestel nummer erbij maar tot nog toe geen gehoor. Wat erg vervelend lees: schandalig vind. En krijg morgen natuurlijk gewoon ook die bestelling binnen. Dus ik zit met dubbele producten, vooraf niet wetende dat niet te kunnen ruilen/retouren. Wat ik in die zin dus een slechte service vind. Terwijl hiervoor dus super tevreden te zijn en ook wel eens iets geretourneerd heb zonder probleem. Deze keer verpest het de hele sfeer van deze zaak. En laat het dan ook niet hierbij, ondanks sale goederen.

Let dus goed op wanneer je nu wat besteld in de sluitingsuitverkoop en de site nog live is!

No communication after attempting to contact the store via multiple platforms. My return parcel (RE-2025-0396) was delivered on 02-09-2025 - I am still awaiting my refund.

Since 2 weeks im trying to Return a few pieces i ordered online, but the link to the document i have to sign to Return just doesnt exist (Tried it on different devices). I tried to contact them 3 times (2 times via the form on the Website once via Email) and didnt get an answer. The time to Return things for my Order will be over tomorrow. I feel scammed and will contact the Verbraucherschutz.

The price point is very attractive, but the clothes are incredibly cheaply produced; even more so than their low prices suggest. The dress I bought was practically see through with messy stitching. It feels like a drop shipping company.
NB: they do not do returns from the UK. This is not the company's fault, I should have been more careful when reading the terms and conditions, but be aware before purchasing.

I placed my order in July, and while the delivery was very quick, which I appreciated, I was disappointed by the poor quality of the product, which I did not expect. I decided to return it, but unfortunately, that’s when the problems began.

1. The return portal didn’t work using the link provided. I contacted customer service, but it took two emails before I finally received help.

2. I was then able to send the return back, and according to the tracking information, it arrived successfully. However, it’s now October, and I still haven’t received any update.
I’ve sent several follow-up emails over time, understanding that processing can sometimes take a while, but I haven’t received any response at all.
At this point, I’m honestly tired of dealing with this issue. It’s unacceptable that it takes this long and that communication is completely lacking.

Vor drei Monaten habe ich bestellt und die Retoure rechtzeitig innerhalb der Rückgabefrist angemeldet. Man erhält zunächst eine Mail, in der steht, dass man auf die Rücksende-Anleitung warten soll. Auf diese Anleitung habe ich jedoch einen ganzen Monat lang gewartet. Erst nachdem ich erneut nachgefragt habe, wurde mir die Rücksende-Mail zugesendet.

Daraufhin habe ich das Paket wie beschrieben zurückgeschickt, laut Sendungsverfolgung ist es auch angekommen. Doch nun, über einen Monat später, habe ich immer noch kein Geld zurückerstattet bekommen.

Außerdem musste ich die Rücksendekosten selbst bezahlen. Für mich ist das völlig inakzeptabel, ich werde dort sicher nie wieder bestellen.

Lovely items, however, the items were way too big for me and I was unable to send back. I completely understand the policy of not being able to send things back but the items were a completely different size to described. Worst of all, I was sent a letter with a £36 import charge/tax. I was so upset to spend all that money on the items and the shipping, to then have another unexpected charge. I reached out to Veena Vintage, I've bought from you before and I thought you would be understanding, but they were no help. They sent me one reply saying "it's out of our control" and then nothing.

The fact that you may get charged a large import tax should be clearly written on your website to avoid nasty unexpected charges!

2 items retour terug gestuurd naar veena vintage. Op hun website claimen ze binnen 14 dagen na ontvangen van de retour het geld terug te storten. Dit is niet gebeurd en heb al verschillende keren contact gelegd waar niet op wordt gereageerd. Ik baal hier ontzettend van want heb in het verleden ook besteld bij jullie en toen verliep het allemaal anders en beter. Ik hoop dat ik mijn geld nog terug ga krijgen. Ik vraag jullie vriendelijk om aub het geld terug te storten en reageren op mijn mails.

Blij met de mooie set! Prachtige stof, pasvorm is top en zit heerlijk.

Gister besteld en vandaag al binnen.

Eindelijk kleding gevonden die mijn lichaam streelt. Sommige topjes heb ik aan mijn vrouw gegeven, die draagt ze erg graag. Draag mijn kimono en dungaree nu het liefst elke dag. Zijdezacht, huidstrelend.

Ook mijn retourproces van een product dat me niet lekker past, reageren ze heel fijn en supersnel. Kortom: prettige ervaring!

Helemaal verliefd op mijn setjes van Veena! Ik ben dol op setjes die ik zelf kan combineren en de paarse top, broek, rok en kimono zijn geweldig. Ook de kaftan draag ik vaak. Heerlijke natuurlijke stof. Er ging iets mis met mijn retour maar na het sturen van een mailtje was het gelijk in orde. Helemaal top!

Heerlijke setjes, boterzacht katoen en krijg altijd complimentjes als ik het aan heb!

Fantastische kleding! Zo blij dat ik deze site gevonden heb! De hele winkelervaring is ook heel positief! Hier blijf ik kopen!
