Worst banking app ever so far.

First experience it was deposited to a virtual card I didn't want where there is no way to cash it to your bank from not even an option so then I have to send an email to support to get moved to my wallet just so I could get to my bank. Second experience is worse I go to cash out to my account and now it's telling me my payment is under investigation... So far this service is trash and I would not recommend it to anyone as of right now.

Terrible customer support

i signed up and had a call with the veem team where I told them explicitly what I'd be using Veem to do (pay my independant contractors in the phillipines).
Veem told me this was OK and that many other businesses use the platform to do exactly this.

I set up my account, set up the payments, and then they decided to ban me for no reason.

Not intuitive

The language of the buttons on Veem is confusing. I had to Google how to get money transferred into my bank account. I do not find It intuitive.

Smooth and Reliable Payment Experience

I’ve been using Veem for international payments and the experience has been very smooth so far. Transfers are easy to set up, the interface is clear, and payments arrive without unnecessary delays. I also appreciate the transparency with fees and tracking, which makes it easier to manage business transactions. Overall, Veem has been a reliable platform for handling cross-border payments, and it has simplified the process compared to traditional bank transfers. Very satisfied with the service.

I have had a terrible experience

I have had a terrible experience. A client asked to pay me this way and the process of setting up the account was not simple. My bank AND drivers license both use a PO Box address. Veem won't accept it. It's good enough for the government but "invalid" for them.

More expensive transit fee than Wise

More expensive transit fee than Wise. Took forever to receive my funds. I can't transfer money to my USD account, so I had to accept the horrible exchange rate to get it in CAD.
