Vanesa Mushroom Concealer rất tốt cho da mặt của tôi trong 3 năm qua. Mới vừa đây, tôi muốn tiếp tục mua nữa, thì được cho biết họ mới vừa cho ra sản phẩm mới thay thế, đó là Vanesa Colorkey Brush, đồng giá tiền. Tôi mới vừa nhận được, chưa dùng, nên không có ý kiến.
Năm nay 2026 cũng như hai năm trước, việc giao hàng mất tới 1 tháng mới nhận được. Nhưng họ Vedeus giải thích rằng họ chờ bên VN gửi qua, nên đành bó tay chịu vậy thôi.

I didn’t receive anything from what I ordered and already trying to refund my money $170 from my account but I can’t just I waste my money so be careful don’t order anything from this website I’m located on USA 🇺🇸

The shipping is slow and the customer services never answer the email nor the phone call.

A genuine product builds a reputation. Nonetheless, the time frame for shipping and handling is tedious. The shipping and handling time frame for products from the USA to Canada should be shortened.

Very slow shipping. I placed an order on 6/6 and didn’t get it until 6/24. Never get any tracking until I reached out to them to cancel the order then I got message saying that it is coming in 6/24.

I received order, products are good, one bottle came damaged and content spilled all over the box. I reached out to support team, got respond back that I won’t get replacement until my next order.

The products are what I expected. They were packed carefully and arrived with nothing out of shape.

Your customer service team never got back to me regarding my last email and concern. When I called your US customer service phone numbers, I was told to speak Vietnamese or send an email, which I did. Was very disappointing.
