Very bad
Bad, everything, products misrepresented, described as knitted, not. Pictures on site misleading. Paid in dollars with tax, came from a ‘shop’ called Shoake in China. They ignored their own refunds and returns policy. Customer service fobbed me off then ignored me. Still trying to get my money back. I think there is nothing genuine about this site.
Even on TrustPilot they have a generic response. They have all of the information they have requested in their response already and it resulted in nothing. Do not shop with this company and if you have had a similar experience, I think you should raise it with international trading standards, as I have. Maybe together we can stop these scammers and fraudsters.

stay away from it unless you want to waste money on a poorly made product. the images show clothing with texture, made of wool, not a lycra with color printed texture. this company is the reason everyone hates buying chinese products. They are for a buck scamming others. They do not care about building brand awareness, they just flood the social media with advertisements and create a rear poor product. I asked to cancel the order when I found that they are chinese based and they denied it. Really wish they get scammed by their business partners and go out of business.

BUYERS beware!!! The products they are selling are not what they are advertising. I purchased leggings. Claimed to be knit heavy and warm. They are liars! Its cheap thin blend. I'm sending photos to Arizonas Attorney General.

FRAUD. VCHICS is intentionally deceiving people with false advertisement. After reading all the other reviews, I too was fooled. Bought a pair of blue vintage knit leggings and received a purple spandex cheap print joke. What they advertise on their website is NOT what you get.

It was a Christmas present ,that after I read the reviews,I knew I made a dumb mistake. I went to Cabala's and bought a nice long garment that was real, not table cloth. stay away from them with there AI look!!

Taking this crap and other complaints as well as site pictures to our State AG's Office. They have a great online fraud investigation team, I bought 5 things, good that I am. And the tracking all goes through European Union countries and massive time delayed.
Never buying again, not even asking for a b.s. refund. Just going to take it to our A.G.

Products are very cheap quality
Instead of a blue wolf knit sweater I was sent a cheap pullover black wolf hoodie. Needless to say my grandaughter was very disappointed for Christmas because it was nothing like the blue wolf sweater that she was looking forward to for her gift. Shame, on this company.

Do not get snookered by Vchics
Vchics is just out to take your money, sell you something that does not look or fit as described and then never help you to resolve the issue. They continue to make it sound like they are going to help, but they never do anything.
Your Reply today 12/23/2025 is the exact email address that has not handled my request about 10 times or more, how is that response supposed to help anyone.
Please do not get fooled by this response from Vchics, that support email is the same email address that keeps giving me the run around. If Vchics really wants to help a customer, then they got my email address again today when I once again try to get help. If they ever help me, I will update this review. I would give Negative 5 stars if I could.
They send you an incorrect or too small of an item, they tell you, you must spend your money to return the item, the item they sent that is not the correct size, then offer a discount to keep this item that will not work for you, but never even send a discount. I figured a discount would be my safest way to go since they refuse to send me the size I need. I get nothing from them, and never trust their sizing. Something way too small has no use to me.
