I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED
I ordered a cute RED shirt made of a fun WAFFLE fabric with SPARKLY wording and trimmed in DENIM. I received an ugly ORANGE shirt made of a CHEAP fabric with DRAWN ON wording and trimmed in an ugly POLYESTER fabric. The sticking was bad and it had stains on it. I sent pictures to VChics customer service and asked for a refund because they did not send me what I ordered. After about 10 days they said they would give me a 10% off coupon on my next order. Why would I ever order from them again?. I told them I did not want a coupon, I wanted a refund. After obout 10 more days they said they would give me 20% off my next purchase. Again I said I wanted a refund for being sent an item I did not order. This has been a complete waste of my time and I definitely got scammed by them. Lesson learned.
Update - they responded to the above telling me to send all info to support@vchics - that is who I have been communicating with since the start of this entire ordeal!!! REDICULOUS!

I found something I really liked
I found something I really liked on your website, unlike many of your products which are geared toward much younger customers. However, I was shopping for a particular gift for a fussy relative and I hope she will like this! Ordering was simple. This company is an absolute scam!
This company is an absolute scam! The clothes they send are garbage! They are nothing at all like pictured on their website, I ordered a dress and 2 sweaters. The dress was supposed to be multiple layers with embroidery, it's a very cheap satin knockoff with an iron on pattern. The sweaters were supposed to be knitted wool/cotton blend, they are cheap polyester hoodies, and the picture screen printed, instead of knitted.
They refuse to acknowledge my repeated request for a refund, instead continuing to send emails every couple of days in response to me, basically saying the same thing over and over again without giving return information. Horrible company, have been dealing with this for a month. Obviously all the reviews on the website are fake, would give 0/5 stars if I could.

I would give this company no stars if I could. I ordered a shirt for a party and once I received it 3 weeks later it was not even close to what the description was. Instead of being a linen shirt it was made of some unknown fabric with a print design on it (not even the colors of the shirt I thought I was bying). They offered 10% coupon then a 20% coupon instead of refunding me my money saying its too exepnsive to ship back and I would have to pay. They are dishonest, not to be trusted and don't order from them. I sent photos of what I ordered and what was shipped and they took no ownership.

Found almost every single item they say they sell on TEMU! For $10-$20 they are RESELLING the same TEMU items for $49-$79! Paid $50 for a cool looking so called knitted jacket for my son, a long red and black Viking coat. They show the guy walking in the snow. Says knitted wool. What we got was a printed Lycra fabric that wouldn’t keep a cat warm on a spring day! What a Joke! I’m not rich, every penny counts as I’m elderly and feel scammed! The items were suppose to be birthday gifts for my kids. Now I’m just angry and bitter!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. The item I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The quality was shockingly poor – cheap material, badly made, and completely unwearable. It honestly felt like a knock-off you’d get from a market stall, not something sold by a so-called legitimate business.
To make matters worse, after contacting them multiple times to request a refund, I have been completely ignored or given excuses. This is unacceptable customer service and feels outright dishonest. If you are advertising products, they should match what the customer actually receives – and refunds should not be this difficult.
I feel misled and ripped off. Save your money and do not buy from this company. I will never order from them again and will be warning others to avoid them.

Cheaply made. Design doesn't match on side. Jewelry that was ordered looked like it came out of a gum machine. I wrote a bad review. They responded asking what they could do to make me change my review. I told them I wanted a refund. They said I had to send pictures. I sent pics and I have not heard from them. So, if you're thinking of buying something from them, walk away quickly.

I have sent them over ten emails trying to return this item for false advertisement and they offered me discounts on another purchase of their falsely advertised items and then stated that if i do want a
refund that i would be responsible for all of the shipping fees back to CHINA!!! This company is taking advantage of consumers by advertising beautifully hand made knitted items. I want to receive an all fees paid return label with the full amount of my purchase refunded!!!
