I'm starting to notice a pattern with companies like this who go viral and also source from China. They frequently experience a surge in orders, and there are obvious vulnerabilities in the supply chain that allow them to experience compounding issues that cause months long delays in delivery. It's reminding me of a similar situation with Anese. I think all companies that source from giant manufacturing cities in China need to be seriously re-considering their supply chains. I never would have bought this brush if I knew where it was coming from. I think these companies need to be a lot more transparent about their sourcing. And if they aren't transparent, you can assume the worst. I do not recommend this brand at all.

I ordered a brush early February and it’s April 13th and I still haven’t received it. I tried canceling the order after a few weeks because I figured it would be better than waiting months. They told me they couldn’t cancel my order because it shipped, but then they stated they ran out of stock. They completely contradicted themselves. It really irritates me that they didn’t just cancel my order. They’re horrible and I don’t recommend their product.

I gifted this brush to my sister and she loves it, it’s really high quality and amazing gift to anyone in your life

Terrible!!!!! It’s been two months and I still haven’t received my order. Do not purchase from this company.

Ordered on Feb. 21st. Only received a shipping update of the label being created in China but that it never shipped. Shipping information has not been updated with any shipping ETAs or any confirmation of it being processed and shipping to me from China. Nope. Just silence. I contacted their email address twice. No response. Even though their website advertised"Money Back guarantee" and a response within 24 hours. It's been longer than 24 hours since I emailed them. It's been a week. I reported them to the BBB. I processed a dispute on my card.

It did take several weeks for me to get mine. I think about 5. It made my hair greasy and staticky. I tried using it for several weeks but still had the same bad results. Was not at all what they said it would be like. I contacted them four times for a refund and have never received a response. Will be attempting to get a charge back from the credit card but wanted to warn others that this is absolutely not worth $50 or your time. Trying to figure out when it's coming or how to get your supposed money back guarantee.

File a charge dispute with bank due to lack of response/product delivery. Customer service phone number is not valid. No response from customer service email. Just received a shipping confirmation with a delivery date of 4-5-2022 (not 2026). Seems to be a complete scam, will see if I ever get the brush, but I don't even want it anymore.

Please don't buy from this company...They take your money and you get nothing. That has been my experience.
I placed an order in Nov 2025 and 3 months on I still haven't received my order.
I have emailed Vayose 3x times and they responded twice, but nothing has happened.
Keep your money or spend it with reputable companies and not on Vayose!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered weeks ago, no emails no response from customer service and no brush

SO BAD!! I ordered a brush over 2 weeks ago. Not shipping, no response from customer service. Their phone line is apparently not working, I've sent 3 emails with no response. I'm FURIOUS! Do NOT order from them!

I ordered this over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times but have not received any response.

Horrendous experience - it took an age for them to despatch the item as apparently it was out of stock. Customer service was appalling, it would take 5 business days for every email response. It was almost a month from ordering to the item then being out for delivery. It feels like no other company I’ve done business with so I’d never recommend!

I placed an order on the 11th of November . I emailed the customer service for them to confirm shipment timing . After a week , no response . I have email again yesterday …still nothing . Very expensive for what I feel a loss of my money that I will never see again .

This is 100% a scam company especially if purchasing from the UK. Purchased on 2nd October and it said 3-7 business days. I emailed 2 weeks later about the brush still not arriving and got the same message as someone else's review that they were "out of stock". Had the order refunded after reading other negative reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

Upon ordering the item I was not informed of the stock issues. I was then given an Evri tracking number which indicated that the order was waiting to be shipped out. 7 working days later I chased for an update and was told told the item is out of stock and they would ship as soon as it was in stock. This is a poor level of customer service. Taking money for an order and then not fulfilling it is a breach of contract and could also be considered fraud, depending on the seller's intent! DO NOT BUY

Seems like a scam. No product after over a month and no follow up or tracking info. $100 and no products.

I placed an order on September 3. I have been emailing multiple times and Sophia keeps telling me incorrect timing about shipments coming in. Apparently I’ve been put on the priority list for a shipment, but then she send that shipment to someone else? At this point I am so livid I want to cancel but I’ve waited so long at this point.
