I did not receive what was advertised. I received a completely different set of insoles. They are paper thin and are not in any way what was advertised. I have reached out many times in different ways to get a message back, but no one will respond. I paid for these and I have not gotten any customer service. I’m not sure if I will ever get any satisfaction as they promised.
havnt still received the order. tracking information initially indicated it was out for delivery but now seems to indicate it just left the shipper and haven't even reached USA yet.
Item has still not reached. Scam. Refund my money.
