vave cancelled my withdrawal, they confiscated my balance that was at 500 euro.. my withdrawals also confiscated of 250 euro.. total 750 euro gone..

I gambled underage on this website and lost about 20k (the price of the coin this day) and i am of age now and contacted support in hopes to get maybe a refund for that life changing amount but just got blocked.

Have not gambled on this website for a long time because it is a big scamming website with 20% rtp.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Been depositing on vave for about a year now. Yesterday I contacted support because my litecoin deposit was not credited to my account. After going back and forth with support all day being told “be patient we will fix the issue” and numerous “support ticket closed/ solved”. I received an email this morning (24 hours later) that my account is closed because I have a duplicate account and my crypto deposit was for another account. THAT IS A LIE!!!! I have been playing for 13 day's at vave now, and for the wellbeen of others. Dont play here, it is a total scam casino. It will give you wins, but only small ones. wich indicates you will never come over the initial deposit amount does not matter how many hours you play, does not matter what slots you play.

Warum schreibe ich das hier? Man kann hier nun sagen, dass ich das Kleingedruckte hätte lesen müssen und somit den Bedingungen zugestimmt habe. Das ist soweit richtig. Das ändert allerdings nichts an der Tatsache, dass ich bei dem Umgang mit dem Fall zu einem klaren Schluss komme: Das Casino nutzt die Bonusbestimmungen, um bewusst, mögliche Gewinne von Kunden über die AGB’s von völlig irrelevanten Boni einkassieren zu können.
Ganz konkret haben meine Einsätze im Casino im Wert von 5 € (entgegen der AGB) keinerlei Auswirkungen auf den bereitgestellten Bonus von „50 Free Spins“ gehabt, d.h. der Status nach den jeweiligen Spielen hat sich in meinem Konto überhaupt nicht verändert, so dass für den Kunden der Eindruck entsteht, der Bonus sei davon überhaupt nicht betroffen.
