Best place to get a business loan in Ontario

I have 2 loans with Vault. When I was getting the loans they, over course, were extremely helpful. Once the loans were in place however their customer service becomes abysmal. I have been waiting almost a month to resolve the issue of proof of insurance for my one loan. I sent all of it with the initial paperwork and assumed that when the loan was approved they did their job properly. I come to see that they are taking inflated payments out and their excuse is lack of a certificate of insurance. I sent proof that their original agent got all of that with the paperwork I sent in. Crickets…it takes days for a response and then they just give you the run around. Meanwhile they’re still taking inflated payments.

For my equipment loan I need the paperwork for my insurance to renew. Fast forward over a month now and they keep sending me another companies equipment loan. Their response when I said it’s the incorrect loan, “just have your insurance change the name to other companies”. Why would I get insurance on a business loan that isn’t mine?? I’m still waiting on the response to that one.

If you’re looking for a dishonest and corrupt company to do business with then you’ve found the right one. If you’re looking for a company that has integrity and is honest then stay far away from Vault.
