Zmienialiśmy oświetlenie w kilku pomieszczeniach i ostatecznie zamówiłem tutaj kinkiet oraz lampę podłogową. Oba produkty są solidnie wykonane, a ich proste wzornictwo dobrze pasuje do mebli, które już mamy. Szczególnie dobrze sprawdziła się lampa podłogowa w rogu obok kanapy, gdzie wcześniej było trochę za ciemno. Wszystko było starannie zapakowane i dotarło bez uszkodzeń. Chętnie zamówię tutaj ponownie, gdy będziemy urządzać kolejne pomieszczenie.

A complete scam - do not buy from this company

Varsovia have a nice website that appears UK based, but they are just drop-shipping cheap Chinese rubbish. They sent me (after a long wait as it comes from China) a light that was different from what I’d ordered. When I emailed to complain I was just bogged down in their AI chatbot ‘customer service’, that offered me a refund (minus an ‘admin fee’) if I pay to send it back to China. All of that is in breach of UK consumer law, but of course their chatbot doesn’t care.

DO NOT BUY FROM VARSOVIA LIVING.

I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Total scammers.

Przed złożeniem zamówienia miałem pytanie dotyczące wymiarów jednej z lamp i obsługa przekazała mi wszystkie potrzebne informacje. Odpowiedź dostałem szybko, dzięki czemu łatwiej było mi wybrać odpowiedni model. Dostawa również przebiegła bez żadnych problemów.

Moje zamówienie dotarło w przewidywanym terminie i mogłam bez problemu śledzić przesyłkę bez konieczności kontaktowania się z obsługą. Zamówiłam dwa różne rodzaje oświetlenia i oba produkty były osobno oraz solidnie zapakowane. Kolory wyglądały tak samo jak na stronie, co było dla mnie ważne, ponieważ kupowałam je do już urządzonych pomieszczeń. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z całego zamówienia.

Kupiłam małą lampę stołową do sypialni i wieczorem daje naprawdę przyjemne, ciepłe światło. Na żywo wygląda równie dobrze jak na zdjęciach w sklepie.

Szukałam czegoś prostego do salonu, ponieważ większość lamp, które widziałam wcześniej, była albo zbyt zwyczajna, albo zbyt ozdobna. Model, który wybrałam w Varsovia Living, bardzo dobrze pasuje do wnętrza i daje wystarczająco dużo światła, nie będąc przy tym zbyt mocnym. Wykończenie na żywo spodobało mi się nawet bardziej niż na zdjęciach. Wieczorami salon wygląda teraz znacznie przytulniej.

Kupiłem lampę sufitową do domowego biura. Ma prosty design, dobrze pasuje do wnętrza, a światło jest przyjemne nawet wtedy, gdy pracuję do późna.

A fake store that deliberately misleads buyers; there is no way to contact them. Their business is registered in the Netherlands, and a report is being filed with the appropriate authorities.

uważajcie na tą stronę. kupiłam dwie lampy, między czasie była zmiana cen cła- oczywiście anulowali mi zamówienie bo ceny zostały poniesione prawie trzy-krotnie. chcieli mi początkowo zwrócić tylko 25% wartości zamówienia, dramat.
kontakt beznadziejny, zwrócono mi połowę pieniędzy, po czasie wysłali mi lampę, której miało nie być a kupiłam już dawno nową po ich informacji. na pytania nie odpowiadają. oszuści z Chin!

I would not recommend buying from this seller.

I wasted a huge amount of time exchanging around 20 emails trying to resolve a problem that should never have happened. I was led to believe that the product was a Polish product and would be shipped from Poland. Instead, after waiting almost two months, it arrived with a shipping label clearly showing it had been sent from China.

The mat I received is completely different from what was advertised. It doesn’t even look like a proper mat and is so poor in quality that I can’t use it for anything.

After checking online, I found what appears to be the same product on Chinese websites for around £2, yet I paid £142 for it.

To make matters worse, the seller expects me to pay to return the item to China, even though the item is not as described. I tried repeatedly to reach a fair solution, but after around 20 emails we got nowhere.

I have reported this matter to the appropriate platform because I believe the listing is misleading and the way this issue has been handled is completely unacceptable.

Zamówiłam nowoczesny zegar ścienny, przyszedł w dwa dni, dobrze zapakowany. Jakość materiałów pozytywnie zaskakuje, elegancko wygląda w salonie, cichy i bezproblemowy.

I ordered two ‘wooden’ bladed ceiling fans in June from this ‘Netherlands’ website. A couple weeks later one box arrives from China with a bunch of parts put in a box - not a manufacturers box - but a brown cardboard box that had clearly been opened at least once before. The blades were plastic and cheap looking. I wrote the company back and said I wanted a return and refund. The first emails from Emma the bot tried to bargain a way out eventually ending on I had to pay for the return and they would see. I contacted Amex and they said they are familiar with these companies operating out of china through the Netherlands. I filed a fraud charge and an awaiting an outcome.

Curious, I used the same email string an said they had sent me the wrong item. The bot answered as if never having heard from me before, apologised and the went on to explain that they have very tight profit margins and would I take a % refund and store credit.

I have since learned that you can send packages back to their clearing house in china a customs will not accept them.

The glass pendant lamp fits well in the living room and matches the design I had in mind. The packaging was secure, and the quality feels as described. The return policy was clearly stated, though I didn't end up needing it.
