Absolutely horrible experience! Never got the boots I ordered, they gladly took the money however. I wrote multiple e-mails to them, they always mailed back the same answer "we will do our best to...", no they won't. They keep saying the order was on its way, I got an e-mail with the clarification that my money had been transferred in late December last year, now we are in mid march. NEVER BUY FROM THEM! Absolut scam!

Yep, fell into their scam. Thought it was legit in the beginning, now its been one month since i placed an order, the tracking link doesnt work anymore and the website is gone. The tracking last showed that the product has arrived to my country. I spent my savings and was looking forward to my package, now im heartbroken.

Hold jer væk!! Jeg så mange reklamer med de her støvler fra Varenstudios på bl.a. tiktok. Tjekkede deres hjemmeside og det så meget fint ud.. så jeg bestilte nogle par sko, synes også de så meget flotte ud. MEN NEJ!!! Scam det hele!! I bliver snydt for jeres penge!

Scam! They have a automated shippingdescription on your Parcel. It will look like its on its way and delivered, but its not. Save your money

Questo sito è da denuncia. Ho ordinato un paio di stivali 20 giorni fa e tramite corriere risultano arrivati. Purtroppo non è vero. Ho scritto ma hanno risposto con due frasi fatte dall’intelligenza artificiale che sono dispiaciuti. Non ordinate niente!

I placed an order on December 23 and still have not received my package weeks later.

When I contacted customer service, I only received a very vague response apologizing for the inconvenience, without any tracking number, delivery date, or concrete explanation. This is not reassuring at all and does not answer my actual question: where is my order?

A legitimate business should be able to provide clear shipping information, especially after such a long delay. At this point, communication feels unprofessional and unreliable.

I would not recommend ordering here based on my experience.

This is a scam I saw an ad on TikTok boots for €30!!! They never sent my order and I don’t have any details of the shipment/order except for the product itself and size. I tried mailing them twice but I never got an answer back. I have been waiting for more than a week and still nothing. It’s not legitimate!!!!

This company is currently running a scam under the name of Accepted Pets. The scam is on Facebook and lures you into a competition to win a free food hamper from Morrisons. They ask you to pay £4 to cover postage but this will set up a recurring payment. Beware!
