ever since like two months ago the quality has lacked - I’ve had to turn around to the store and exchange for a new one because it died after two puffs; sometimes at home it just starts hissing and sucking air at random.

I love these. But this is WHACK.

I have only tested the cosmo a1 from this brand. It is way above competition.

Battery life is shocking. Have to charge it three to four times a day

i’m almost positive this is a scam. i purchased through paypal and made an account during checkout. i reached out to the company at their email address provided and requested an order confirmation or confirmation of SOME sort.. anything! along with inquiring why the account information i JUST created was being flagged as “incorrect”. i saved the password/username as soon as i made it. Since i am unable to log in to the account i created, i can’t even check “past orders” or any type of order history to see if the order went through. i noticed the name of the paypal account after i paid was a random Chinese name with no association to the “Vaptio” business. i have received NO email reply, NO confirmation, NO order number, NOTHING.. except the money taken out of my account immediately.
don’t waste your time or money!! i will be disputing the charge first thing in the morning. BEWARE!

Bought 3 last year and none of them lasted more than a month. Battery either wouldn't accept a charge or just stopped working completely. Over £70 wasted. I've had a TECC Arc 4 for three years with no issues, so I think I'll stick to buying them, should I ever need a replacement.

HORRIBLE customer service. Placed an order over a month ago, they still haven't shipped it, they just keep emailing bad excuses. I feel like I have been scammed. I won't order from them again and highly recommend potential buyers beware!

Update: Apparently the company was out on holiday during this time! I believe it because all my emails were responded to in order that I sent them. My only suggestion for Vaptio is to have an automatic reply for when they do go on holiday leave. Changed from 1 to 5 stars.

At first the customer service was okay, considering it was based in China. But, soon my orders were not being sent and canceled orders were not being refunded.

I just opened a dispute with PayPal because my order of almost 100 dollars isn't showing in my orders tap on Vaptio.com. But, the money was taken out. Since then (Feb. 3rd, 2019) I've been sending emails asking for a confirmation number with no answer. On Feb 6th, I started asking for a refund, again no answer. I tried calling the customer service number listed on the website, alternate support emails with no response.

Today (Feb 10th, 2019) I opened a dispute to get that money back.

Vaptio has decent products, if you can manage to get them from the company.

I have tested the capt'n. The packaging is very high quality. When I opened it, however, an unpleasant smell came to me. Unfortunately, this smell has also settled in the pre instalierte coil so that the unpleasant taste only after 3 complete tank fills went away. After that, the taste and the steam development was enormous. the construction of the vaporizer heads is reminiscent of those of the Smok tvf8 and can be quite impressive. What I noticed even more unpleasant that the gaps were much too large and it is disturbing on closer inspection. The MOD is great in the hand and the menu is good. I especially need to emphasize the automatic shutdown you can adjust and the size itself, they can be good everywhere with accept If the smell / taste is working and the gaps are less I could imagine myself still 2-3 Capt'n Buy kits from Vaptio.

As a proud owner of new and shiny Capt'n kit i decided to share my experience with the others , to help you decide should you get this mod. First of all the look and feel , it looks and feels great finish is polished and shiny it really looks and feels like high end product. Paint job is marvelous .In hand it feels sturdy , no clanking what so ever , feels really compact and strong . Capt'n options menu is fantastic, you have bunch of options to customize the mod for your own needs and desires , i don't think that anything is left out , menu is fast and responsive , so it is a breeze and ease to use it.Vaping is fun and ease that 0.005 s firing speed is really really fast , the moment you press the button is the moment it fires , big difference from other mods where you press button and you wait and wait and wait , don't know if i could ever go back to any other mod , this one really spoiled me. Coil and head that you get with the mod is great , i don't see any need to go to aftermarket or any other coils.
One more thing i like about this mod it is it's size, other mods are so big that you can't comfortably put them in your pants pocket, but not this one , it fits in pocket perfectly , you hardly notice that is in your pocket at all , and it doesn't obstruct bending or moving like other bigger mods do.
Overall i would strongly recommend this mod to any vaper , guys and girls you need to get this device it is a game changer.
One last thing , and that is satisfaction with the overall shopping experience. Vaptio was extremely professional and fast , from the moment of the order to delivery , less then a week , and i am far far away from big cities and i don't live in "first world" country . Big big big respect to Vaptio for it's speed and professionalism .

Excellent and fast service , no problems with custom declarations or tracking number . The device itself ( Capt'n vape kit ) is superb , both in terms of quality build and in terms of device capabilities .Capt'n kit came well package and secured from any mail "accidents". Vaping with it is pure pleasure and aesthetically looks fantastic .
