Vapourdeal Arvostelua 

Used before and were fine, until last two orders where I paid for t24, paid well before lunchtime for the item to then be dispatched later evening like 6/7pm , then tracking say it’s not picked up by post office the following evening, then get it delivered another 3 days later because they have my place of work shut on a Saturday when it isn’t. Emailed twice to no reply. Shop at your own risk

This was my first order . I was impressed with the price point and speed of delivery. UNTIL I realised it was missing an item . I informed them , and they said they would investigate. They asked for pics of the contents , and the packaging. I obliged. They came up with that they had photographic evidence of the dispatched items, and insinuated that the package must have been tampered with. It was clearly not. The stuff I received was so tightly packed, and neatly sealed. No chance. Anyhow for £6.00 and at this point been ill. I told them their evidence was clearly flawed, and that I was not prepared to argue over £6.00. my first purchase would be my last, and that I was not happy. Fair enough it could have been a mistake at dispatch, but they won't put right their wrongs, beware.

Incorrect order sent and still unresolved

There’s a problem with my order and I’m very disappointed with how it’s being handled.

I ordered pear, apple & raspberry flavours, but instead I was sent pineapple, mango & lime, which I did not order. The rhubarb, raspberry and orange blossom flavours I received are correct, but the rest of the order is wrong.

I have already provided pictures as proof, yet I’m still waiting for this to be properly resolved. This was clearly an error on their part, so I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to fix.

At the moment, I’m left with items I didn’t ask for and can’t use. I would expect a company to take responsibility and send out the correct replacements promptly.

They are avoiding sending out the correct items when it's their error. I really don't understand why they are not sending out what I originally purchased

First time customer, I found these guys on Google and they were much cheaper than anywhere else for my particular device (Hayati Pro Ultra +) I pay £15 per device locally but they do 3 for £30, you get free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery with orders over £25 which is great for me since I usually spend around that each time I get more. Same day dispatch and they came the next day. What more can you ask for? Thanks guys 🙏
