Faulty battery. Your email doesn’t connect.
I’ve tried multiple times to email to complain and find a resolution for a product which I’ve ordered and received but the email you provided is unreachable.
The problem I’ve only received alibarbar 9000 the other day and hardly used it and the battery is down to 26%.
I request a refund or replacement. Also I purchased alibarbar 9000 rainbow candy not skittles but this isn’t the problem!

1* is too high. Used ONCE BUT NEVER AGAIN!! Be warned , my last money bought 3 vapes BIMO 30000, They are either FAKE or profit off selling faulty products. I've used disposable vapes for many years and bought a lot of BIMO products.
After contacting the people at there site with my concerns This site refuses to contact you back and hides like they know they are trying to get away with selling FAKE & OR FAULTY PRODUCTS, they are knowingly scamming and robbing people that's why they stay quiet and don't reply to complaints. This site is an obvious scam,STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OBVIOUSLY FRAUD SITE.

The Bimo Galaxy 30000 device you ordered includes a child lock feature, which must be unlocked by pressing the button 5 times quickly within 3 seconds. This is clearly noted in the product description. Many reports of devices “not working” are resolved simply by unlocking the child lock.
That said, we do not tolerate abusive or threatening language. As a result, we have issued you a full refund for your order and will no longer be providing service to your account going forward.

I purchased a vape with 12K puffs…
I purchased a vape with 12K puffs promised. It arrives last week good and feels normal, a week goes by and not it is burning and almost about to die. Incredibly disappointed in my purchase and the misleading of how many puffs was promised. However still happy about the product very good just didn’t last as long as displayed.
