Vapeswholesale Arvostelua 

I'm pretty sure this company is a scam. I ordered 2 new vapes (£47 with shipping) on 23-3-24, received shipping confirmation saying "your order is on it's way" on 26-3-24.

After that I heard nothing until I received an email saying "your order was cancelled at your request and your payment has been refunded" on 28-3-24.
1. I never cancelled the order
2. I tried contacting them via reply email and all I got back was a Mail Delivery Failure
3. I tried contacting them via their web chat, to which the only response is "Not Delivered"

I strongly suspect I've lost the £47, and I can only recommend that you DO NOT use these people...it's a scam.

UPDATE on 7-4-2024:
Unsurprisingly, I received my credit the day after the above review was posted. I also eventually received an email from someone named "Singh" on 6-4-2024, (almost two weeks after they cancelled the order with no notice) to inform that they cancelled my order of a "deuce me ice" product because it was discontinued.

I would have appreciated this if I had actually ordered something called a "deuce me ice". I had actually ordered 2 x Smok 80W Pod Kits.

I'll be very surprised if this isn't some guy working from a dingy garage, and I still agree with others here...shocking service.

I keep receiving ' sorry we could not deliver your parcel ' from dpd as they have sent my order to a wrong location. I emailed them about 8 times in the last 2 weeks to get the address corrected but haven't heard anything yet.
Terrible customer service.

Got sent wrong item in my order on 14th jan and contacted them straight away about returning in exchange for the correct item. After 2 weeks of constant messaging they finally sent a return label so I returned the item. Still waiting for the box of vapes I'm owed or a refund but now they seem to be ignoring my messages.

The communication with the customer service is very poor, I have paid for 1-2 days delivery and it is already a week time I am waiting for the delivery and still not received my order. Tried to contact the customer service multiple time and their answer was very limited and not explaining the reasons and actions to be taken, tried the chat option on their website and also nobody responded. Next escalation I will be trying is the communication to CEO as they do not leave me any other options.

Overall, Vapeswholesale.co.uk is a good option for vapers looking for a wide range of products at competitive prices. They also offer wholesale prices for businesses. If you are looking for a specific product, it is a good idea to check the website's stock levels before ordering.

They used to take PayPal but don’t anymore fast delivery but it’s £10 I would say 6 out of 10
