Hello There,
Thank you so much for taking the time to clarify, and please don’t worry at all about the accidental rating!
We’re really pleased to hear that you’ve been happy with our service and that you feel we’ve been great with everything. We genuinely appreciate your kind words and your continued support.
We’re very sorry to hear that your vape fluid has been delayed by Evri. We completely understand how frustrating it is to be left waiting, particularly when you have already received a message advising that there is a delay.
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, the delivery is handled by the courier, so delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control. However, we completely understand that this is still disappointing when you are waiting for your order to arrive.
We hope Evri are able to get your parcel to you very soon, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delay.
Thank you again for your patience, understanding and, most importantly, for your lovely feedback about our company. It really does mean a lot to the team.
Kindest regards,
Paul

Vapestore Excellence
Have been ordering my vapes and juice from vapestore for a few years now. The website is very user friendly. Orders have always been on time, great value for money, and just recently I had an issue with a new vape where the battery wouldn't hold the charge. Customer services were very thorough and sent me a replacement. Will remain loyal to Vapestore.

I think it's a great deal doing 3 for £15 even though the price has gone up from 3 for £12 to £15 but still a good deal but what would be even better is if you could pick & mix 3 for £15 so you could pick 3 different flavours instead of just having the same flavour
