Thank you to everyone at vapeshop 🤍

I've been a loyal customer of Vape Shop for quite some time. Good quality products, good value and on the rare occasion there are any issues, customer service is quick and helpful. Their loyalty points are great too for getting money off your orders. I used to shop around before discovering Vape Shop, now I don't - they've been my go-to for ages. Definitely recommend them.

Great company. Always anser any query I have. Easy to use website. Quick delivery and always arrive in perfect condition. Would highly recommend

DPD decided to leave my parcel outside in a communal area, Vape Shop investigated and resolved within days.

No trouble other than needing to confirm delivery address.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong juices, because I realised before opening the protective seals Vape Shop allowed me to return the item and gave me clear steps on how to do so. The customer service was super helpful, kind, understanding and very prompt which I appreciate so much. I had a great experience with the customer service and I was provided multiple options on how I would like to receive a refund also including exchange, credit or full refund to my account which is amazing and I could not fault the team! Thank you Vape Shop I will always be a returning customer.

Easy to order and arrived quickly fantastic service 😁

Fast easy service

Been using these guys for a while now and have always received excellent service. This time unfortunately the package went astray and I had to contact the customer services. Not only did they immediately redo my order, but they put a free bottle in as well. Great work getting ontop of my issue, thanks.

I have been buying my e liquids from vape shop for quite some time now they always deliver promptly and any queries are dealt with speedily. I have used customer services several times to return items and this has always been dealt with very professionally, no quibbles about returns or refunds. I woukd highly recommend them

Having done my research, nowhere else compared to The Vape Shop when it came to choice, availability, cost and deals, so I gave them a try.
Fantastic customer service, who actually respond (very quickly!) to any questions, superfast delivery, and the products arrive well packaged and perfectly as described.
I have a shop close by, literally at the end of my road, but no one can beat The Vape Shop when it comes to meeting every requirement, which is why I will be a customer for life (I have no intention of giving up vaping. I gave up cigarettes and alcohol, so give me a break 🤷🏼‍♀️😂)
Would highly recommend!

My go to every time for my daughter’s vape/pods. Order online and they even send me money off discounts. Sam epically helped me when I ordered the wrong ones with a refund or replacement. Thank you Sam for all your help and excellent customer service.

Amazing team and customer service is absolutely brilliant. Couldn't ask for a service. 1st class . Rapid delivery, Rapid response and will sort any problems you may have. I highly appreciate everything you have done for me. And thank you 😊

I bought two of the exact same product but different flavours. We opened them on the same night. Supposed to be 8000 puffs. One lasted not even 8hrs and the other lasted about a week. When I raised the concern I was asked to send pictures ( how they can ascertain a faulty product from pics I don’t know) this was on a Friday and it took 3 days for a response and then I walked to visit a local shop- nearest one is miles away- and if I can’t get to a shop then I had to post it back to them at my own expense. It’s a £10 product ffs. Customer service is really, really poor. Would not recommend based on this and I won’t purchase anything else from this site

Excellent range of products and super speedy delivery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fab customer service, Sam was super friendly and professional! Part of my order had unfortunately become out of stock after I ordered but Vape Shop contacted me straight away offering me alternatives or a refund. I didn’t see the initial email so they contacted me again to ensure I didn’t miss out on my order. Once I decided to go with an alternative product they upgraded my shipping to ensure my order still got to me in time. Thanks guys will deffo be using again!

Absolutely amazing customer service, above and beyond. Really helpful and specific. Excellent all round.
