Vapemarkdown Arvostelua

I ordered a Mother's Day gift from this site sadly the package was eother lost or stolen and we never received it. When I reported it to the company they replied with a nasty reply all but saying I was lying bc I didn't know if the package was stolen or slow soo I gave it time to show up after mother's day came n went I reached out. I was rudely told to make a police report which I did then ghosted by the company... go local it is worth paying the extra 20 bucks

This company is amazing. Very kind personnel. Steve was amazing. He was very kind and polite.

Great experience that started off a bit skeptical. I received a call from customer service asking me to verify my identity via send a picture of my ID. I decided to use a school ID to avoid potential issues, as this was my first time dealing with this company. However, I came to realize this company is all about protecting the customer and preventing fraud. Needless to say I am thankful for the extra security. The vapes came extremely fast, like faster than ANY vape company I have ever dealt with. My order was accurate and my vapes are functioning well. They just demolished the competition. I really don't even want to share how great they were because I don't want them to run out of stock because they inevitably will become extremely popular. There is no chance of me ever buying a vape locally ever again. This is my go to, moving forward. In a world full of fakes and scumbags; thanks for doing honest and effective business. You're the best!!!

This is actually a question but do you need to show Id for it

Been shopping with Vapemarkdown for almost a year now. Due to Covid-19 my package was never delivered, sadly. But I was accommodated b the owner who patiently worked with me & didn't hesitate to resend out the order since I haven't received it in a month. Much appreciated dude! Thank you for the good business & the SUPERB Customer Service you provided me!

Amazing Customer Service! I was contacted very quickly when I emailed about a problem with my order shipping status. They personally called to explain and even though the issue was not on them, but the postal service, they reimbursed me on shipping and a coupon code for my next order. This company went above and beyond!!!

WOW! AMAZING costumer service, among many other amazing perks. Such as the prices, super fast delivery time, selection, quantity supply. Overall just a great company to order from, I do highly recommend!
I noticed a increase in my shipping this order, I continued through with my order ,sent a email questioning why.. within LITERALLY 15min of my order sent they called me by phone. Explained why, & accommodated me ( in 3 different ways, all 3 being greatly appreciated) just for questioning why. Which the reasoning is unavoidable & law, he absolutely did not have to offer those things to me! I wish I could remember the mans name, I think he is the executive or owner? With all that said this is the best place! I highly recommend using this company for your vape needs!!!!! Fast! Friendly! Affordable! If I could give more stars I would, thank you vape markdown!!
My husband & I use the disposable breeze vape & I’m trying with this order the sea xxl disposable:)

Great products fast shipping and eager to help

Good company. I love my vapes. Thank you.

Excellent Customer Service!
When there was a problem with my order, they called to make sure I was ok with changes, gave a discount and a code for my next order for my inconvenience. These guys went the extra mile!
Great product selection too!

I have purchased several different vapes from vapemarkdown.com. My favorite is cali vapes. They have an amazing flavor and hits are smooth. I emailed this company and was surprised to have a response within hours. I also received a call from a nice gentleman who helped me. This company ships fast and accurate items. They have deals of the day items too which are very cheap. It’s allowed me to try different brands and find other brands that I like. I don’t leave reviews and parts of me wants to keep this business to myself but I’d rather see this company grow. I use to purchase from other retailers but glad I took a chance with vape markdown.

I had a great experience just now! My husband and I were going out of town to the woods for a vacation and I wanted our vapes before we left so one of the executives pushed our order through and is shipping it to us ASAP! Great customer service, and prices, I will continue to order from them!

I used a Visa Gift Card and transaction was declined. I contacted costumer service and got a respond right away, explaining the possible reasons why the gift card was declined. Per their advice, I registered the gift card and registered billing address in order to proceed with the purchase.

I attemted on using my Visa Gift Card for the second time , and again transaction was declined. I checked the status of balance on my card and I noticed that I was charged about $98 by VaperMarkDown. I contacted support again , explaining this situation and never received a respond. No items, no confirmation- money gone - no response!

VaperMarkDown was very eager to respond right away on hot to use a gift card to purchase their items but totally ignoring the fact that I was charged for something I never received -something that was never shipped.

I hope someone from VaperMarkDown reads this and refunds my money!

Buyers, be aware!

Update. 04/20/2021

Money was back on card. After posting this review , I received a threat from this company saying I will be contacted by their Attorney... Really , for posting my personal experience here. Funny people. My experience dealing with WaveMarkDown was terrible not to mention my money wasn't avaiable for several days and receiving an explanation only after posting my review. This just shows you how little they care about costumer service. Waiste of time.

This company is amazing!!
Customer service is over the top.
Excellent communication.
Definitely the only company I will buy vape pens from!

Five stars hands down best site with best prices VAPE MARK DOWN IS THE ONLY SITE I WILL TRUST!!!!!!!

This company is amazing. I had an issue with a vape (user error) and the owner personally called me to explain how this type of vape works and gave me a store credit for the price of the vape. I have purchased from them many times and will continue to do so. They have fast shipping, great prices, and their customer service is TOP NOTCH!

Amazing customer service! I am a former Customer Service Guru and when the owner of the company picks up the phone to personally call a customer and to get the job done, it is so refreshing! I could literally HEAR him smiling because he knew that I was too!
Thank you for your quick response!!

The customer service and shipping has got to be the fastest I’ve ever experienced. Can’t say enough about the prices or anything about this company. I’ve ordered from here multiple times. Never a mistake and will never go anywhere else!!
