Vapemarkdown Arvostelua

Incredible customer service and the best prices around by far!! I've rarely gotten a dysfunctional one but when I have they've made it right quickly and easily. I recommend them to everyone who vapes! Prices are at least half of my local shop even with shipping, can't beat it!

I’ve been ordering from this company for about a year now. I’ve never been disappointed, only thing I’ve ran into is sometimes my favorites are sold out. This company actually called me after I placed an order to let me know one I ordered was O/S and what other flavor would I like and they added one for free. Amazing company and wonderful customer service! Keep up the good work!!

I’m really like that website!
Great price and always a new stuff!!

I have been ordering from them for a few years now and their prices are very reasonable and quick accurate delivery. Very rarely I find issues with my orders, but when I do I send them a email and within a day they hit me back and make it right. By far the best , most trusted place to get vapes online. Thank you vapemarkdown! 👍

I have been a customer for over a year now. They are simply the best: best prices, fast shipping, best selection, they always have my favorite flavors of Elf bar in stock!
Steve in customer service is the best! Always there to help!

Better price than what I paid in the past at the vape shops and I received my order fast. Recommended.

I've been ordering from these guys for over a year and have had a great experience every single time!! My orders are precise and the service is prodigious. Will definitely be a customer for years to come!!!!!

Fast Shipping. Great Prices. Life Time Customer.

I ordered quite a few vapes at once, by the time I opened one of them it did not work. I emailed customer service to see how they handle purchases that do not work. I got a nasty and rude reply that did not answer my question at all. They replied saying “do you know what day it is? you are WAY past the return time” …. Ok? but you didn’t even answer my question. Just wanted to know the process for if it happened again in the future.

I had an issue with my order and contacted customer service via their website. The next day, I was contacted by Steve, who apologized and graciously corrected the situation. I am overwhelmed with the service he provided. I just naturally was expecting a fight but he listened and offered a solution. Thank you!

Personal attention, great prices, super super fast shipping. Excellent customer service.

Always a pleasure to order from this company. Steve goes that extra mile to really make a customer feel like their business and buying experience matters! Do yourself a favor and place at least one order and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Customer service is the best & great business !!

They are reliable ! They ship fast , and everything I have received is 101% quality ! Especially the VODOS ‘ They are truly amazing people to work with and the only ones I will purchase from !

Was very professional and took care of my needs

I placed an order, it came fast as always. I opened my vape and it wasn't working correctly, I opened the next and it was working either. I was surprised to find that all of that flavor vape didn't work. I reached out to vapemarkdown and they didn't respond with an email, they called me. I was really surprised, and Steve listened to me and came up with a solution to the problem. Then I asked him a question and he said that not his area but give me a second. Steve went and found the answer to my question. I have been ordering from vapemarkdown for a long time and I will continue to order from them. This is truly a great company that stands behind their products, and they find answers for you and don't leave you hanging.
