Please check your confirmation email to see who you purchased from. If you purchased from them please Google 'trustpilot vapekituk'. They have a separate Trustpilot page where you can leave a review. Please, please, please don't leave a review here as we have to waste hours trying to get them removed and it is exhausting dealing with Trustpilot's automated copy-paste responses. Thank you :-)

Order not received

Took two weeks to get a generic email confirming refund but no direct communication to the emails I sent or to apologise for the inconvenience. I still have to wait potentially a further 10 days to be refunded into my bank

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I'm very sorry for the problems you've experienced with this order. I’m also sorry you’ve not had responses to your recent emails.

We’ve recently completed the migration of our website to a new e-commerce platform and this has caused issues with our stock management, and has also resulted in some incoming messages being incorrectly marked as spam, hence we didn’t see them.

In this case, the stock levels of this product were wrong so we couldn’t send your order the day you placed it. Normally, if this happens, we would send the order the next day when our new stock comes in and upgrade the shipping. Unfortunately the manufacturer has been out of stock of this flavour ever since.

We should have kept you updated about this but unfortunately we've been struggling to keep up.

So, we have already refunded your order in full, and the amount should be back in your account within the next 2 days.

By way of apology, when the product does come back into stock, we will send your order free of charge. I can’t guarantee when this will be, as we are at the mercy of the manufacturer, but as soon as the flavour comes in, we’ll ship it to you.

I can only apologise that this combination of factors has resulted in your having to wait so long but can assure you, as soon as 88vape have stock available we’ll get it to you.

If only all customer service was as good

I have been using Vapekit for a few years and their efficiency has always been excellent. I recently encountered a problem with their ordering system not working ( due to a website changeover ) and I rang up for help and immediately the situation was explained to me and I was promised a call back. The call back came within the hour and a very kind and friendly man further explained the problem and then put my order through over the phone. My order arrived the next day. There was a slight issue with billing, but this was resolved by Caroline and all is now well. All in all , very friendly, very helpful and very honest. Many other companies with far more resources could take a few tips from Vapekit.

Fast delivery

I order them and within 2 days post office delivers them. I prefer these e liquids to any other make and they are cheaper if You buy in bulk.
