Ignored my cancellation request and lied about shipment status

I placed an order and realized within minutes I had selected the wrong nicotine level. I contacted support by email at 1:44 PM, again at 2:04 PM, and by text at 5:05 PM the same day requesting a cancellation. Three separate attempts. Zero response.

Three days later I received a one line reply stating the order had already shipped and could not be cancelled. I checked the USPS tracking number they provided. Status: Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. The package had not been handed to USPS at the time they told me it had shipped. That is a documented false statement.

I filed a chargeback with my bank the same day. My bank accepted the dispute immediately upon reviewing the timestamped correspondence. VapeJuice then shipped the order AFTER I had already notified them of the chargeback filing.

Only after all of this did they offer a refund, contingent on the package being returned to sender. A resolution that could have taken 30 seconds on May 1st turned into a multi-day dispute involving my bank, documented false communication, and a formal chargeback process.

If your order goes smoothly you may never encounter this. But if anything goes wrong, do not expect a response, do not expect honesty, and do not expect them to honor a timely cancellation request. Have your bank's dispute line ready.

*BUYER BEWARE*. They promote "fast shipping", but it's the complete opposite! It's been 10 days since I ordered and it hasn't even shipped. I reached out to them 3 days ago via email and never got a reply. Now, I have demanded a refund for goods not provided and still haven't heard anything!

Terrible customer service, order didn’t ship for a week despite their claims that most orders ship same day. Still not sure if they’ve cancelled my order as I’ve requested multiple times.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I paid an extra $12.99 for expedited shipping, but my order was delayed with no clear communication from customer service.

Despite multiple attempts to get an update, I received only vague responses and never got a tracking number or clear information about my shipment.

The lack of professionalism, transparency, and customer care is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company and strongly advise others to be cautious before placing an order.

I placed an order a week ago and still haven’t received anything—not even a shipping confirmation. Between days 4 and 6, I reached out multiple times via phone, text, and email asking them to cancel the order. No response. Then on day 7, I finally get an email saying it’s “too late to cancel”… even though the order hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped yet?
This is beyond frustrating. If you can’t fulfill an order in a timely manner, at least have the decency to respond to cancellation requests. I’ve never dealt with a company so unresponsive and disorganized. Definitely won’t be ordering from VapeJuice.com again.

I've been shopping with VapeJuice.com since 2019. (Started back when they were known under a different name. lol) Only one time was my order sent to me with incorrect products and as soon as I emailed them they issued a return label as well as a replacement order. That was about four, if not five, years ago.

My orders always come in quickly, packed extremely well, and correct. They have a wide selection of products at great prices too.

I absolutely recommend this site and will remain a loyal customer.

Ordered from company and it took them 7 days to drop off my order at the post office. They only mailed it after I sent them numerous emails asking why my order has a USPS label created but hadn’t been dropped off to ship. Super annoying. Had I known that it would take a week just for them to get the order to the Post Office to mail out I would have never ordered with them. Won’t use their company again and recommend others to use someone else.
