I have ordered 3 vapes from this website over a period of 1-2 weeks. ALL of them are either delivered in a non-functioning state or in the best case scenario, stop working after 1-2 days of use (<50 puffs later basically). To top it off, we have their worst-in-class refund policy where they is offer only a replacement of the product on YOUR NEXT ORDER (no refund allowed), basically sucking you into a vicious ordering loop of ALWAYS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Fraud, scam, shameless. Bought 3 vapes out of which 2 didn't even work at all and one stopped working after 20-30 puffs (it was supposed to be at least 300 puffs). After writing and calling them they have only said it's not their fault and they can't do anything about it. Never waste your money here.

They are completely fraud. Never buy. Got used burnt coil vape. Very very bad, do not get fooled here.

It's hard to rate them low, because I see there response and responsibility taking is much quicker than expected. As far as my experience I rate them 5⭐

They are giving duplicate products and once after informing they dnt respond properly…..vape is not working at all and all they say that they sell original products and might be defective but they are sorry about it and hence they are not responding….f

Cheaters.. DONT EVER THINK OF PURCHASING teir prodicts. Spread the word.
Its not a small amount they trick u to spending
70% of their prodcuts are always faulty. seeing the product, it worth RS 100 thats it.

NO after sales service and if by chance , the probablity high that u get a defective piece dont expect anythong from them

It's a fraud company, I have ordered Juul starter kit which costs me Rs.5689 and they send me TAPE instead of product and I mailed them regarding the issue and also provided all the proofs and apart from that I have opened the package infront of delivery man and made the video which also I sent them but they refused to refund or replacement. Please don't buy anything from this site they are just looting the money. This is a genuine review you can contact me below no. if needed.

This is a fraud company. They sent faulty vape and they trying to cheat again. They wont take it back or refund. Never trust this site.

India historically has been poor when it comes to after sales service. But vapehere.in has broken the stereotype for me. I read a lot of negative reviews here and these days you gotta take reviews with more than a pinch of salt but here goes my experience with the team so you can decide for yourself:
The business of vaping in india is a Grey area. So I took a leap of faith. First I ordered a puff bar. Turned out great. Then I ordered a Voopoo Drag after doing a lot of research. The orders came in via Bluedart. Surprisingly, the Voopoo Drag wouldn't work. I ordered 18650s from Robu.in (the green ones) because I didn't get my batteries from vapehere along with the Voopoo. Didn't work. So I wrote to the customer service team on email and whatsapp. I got a reply saying they would send me different 18650s and they asked me to try with the new 18650s. They sent me 2 18650s (the lilac ones) via bluedart again. Didn't work. They asked me to send them a video. I send them a video where I did everything correctly but the device wouldn't work. They then sent me a reverse pick up and asked me to send the defective Voopoo Drag back. I did that. Then in a few days they sent me another brand new Voopoo Drag along with two more lilac 18650s.
This one works great, I have been using it for over a month now, and I am dying to try all the flavors there are. Thanks to the vapehere.in team. You guys have set an example of how trust is built especially in an area like this where everything is grey (with the government stupidly banning everything they don't understand).

I ended up buying a 2000rs Vape and it is not working , clearly they knew this and now they say it We totally understand your concern. Disposable devices have such issues but please know that VapeHere has no part in it. We have delivered you a 100% authentic and genuine product. We can't help in this case, if you have received an inauthentic/fake/tampered/wrong product we would have taken a needful action against it.

Products are superfine, if any issue comes they replace it as soon as possible.
The only flaw I found is that the customer has to be give a little push. But that’s ok.

I honestly wouldn't want to give them one star as well. They decieve their customers and scam them they don't even bother responding and later tell you that they have no part in this. But this time I ain't letting them get away with this. After reading the reviews, got in touch with a few people and this will be taken up legally, the rights to information/ consumer forum will deal with them and the fact that vapes are illegal and even after that you have the nerve to scam people is going to get you good. Enough said.

The product are fake even though the replacement policy is also fake

I read a lot of negative reviews but i would like to share my experience so far.
This is my first order with Vape Here for a Caliburn G and the ordering was easy. The team is responsive and the device arrived on time. The product is genuine with an authentication code and i am ising it and it works absolutely fab

This is a fraud I'm very ashamed of myself that I didn't check about this site before ordering it. They provide nothing but broken vapes and never replace them pls Dont order

all vapes are fake and filled with local OIL and can damage your throat ..chemicals used are harmful
they are refilling vapes with there own liquid and none of the vapes are original..customer is non responsive

Fake products. Don’t get yourself believe that this is authentic. I specifically ordered the product to check the website.

They will send out a defective product and then will not even do anything to replace it. Happened twice. Would strongly recommend not to waste your money on their website.
