My friend placed two orders for the 36 pound triple pack, which you cancelled. So I ordered it for him, and we received an email confirming delivery. My package is missing. My friend was charged for both cancelled orders, and only one arrived. So we paid 36 pounds three times, and only one arrived.

Hi Emirhan,

Thank you for ordering vapes from us.

Based on our preliminary investigation, order# 32881 & 32887 were cancelled by your friend without payment. Therefore, we have not yet charged for these two orders.

Order# 32895 and 32896 have been received and delivered to the same parcel shelf based on the proof of delivery. Royal mail tracking number: YA838463693GB & YA838463702GB. Can you check the parcel shelf again to see if you can find your package?

We will contact you and your friends to further confirm the information and discuss a solution.

Sincerely,
Vape Fans UK
