Our complete focus is on offering you exceptional customer service, replicating an in store experience for you online. We do this with a UK based customer service team that are human only and available 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year (including Christmas Day!).

We stock over 15,000 products and counting, with over 5,000 Nic Salts alone. If it's hardware you're after, we have thousands of big puff vapes and refillable kits for all types of vaper. We also stock coils and pods from the largest brands in the world.

Outstanding customer service

I didn't receive my package due to a delay with Royal Mail and emailed Vape.co.uk. Shelley emailed straight away and got another package shipped out to me and refunded my next day delivery fee. A few days later the original package turned up and so I contacted her to ask how do I pay for them? I was told to keep them as an apology for the delay. Outstanding customer service!!! Immediately sorted out and completely stress free. Brilliant!

One word....amazing

Fantastic customer service and friendly staff always willing to help and answer any questions. Fast delivery and extremely good pricing. On the one occassion i have had a problem with my order they rectified it immediately, which is rare with companys these days. I wont use anyone else since finding Vape.co.uk.
