Absolutely awful. They taste burnt, feel burnt and are downright dangerous. The silicone tabs don't pull out properly and just break, resulting in this waste of money that clearly shouldn't have passe... Näytä lisää

Brought 2x disposable pods and a vape kit. Charged up vape kit and followed instructions for fitting pod. Just like sucking on an unlit silk cut. Waste of money. l will be complaining and demanding a refund. (At least with a unlit silk cut you could light it). UPDATE - After contacting customer services problem resolved, faulty pods, Excellent service via email. Rating updated to very satisfied.

Produit infecte 1 fois sur 2

J'ai connu ce produit via un bureau de tabac. J'en étais satisfait sur les 4 premières recharges.
Puis j'ai commandé les suivantes sur leur site, 15 boites, soit 30 recharges.
Sur cette quantité, près de une sur deux soit ne rentre pas dans l'étui et ne fonctionne pas, soit a un goût de brûlé dès le départ (résistance brûlée).
Je les ai contacté par mail et nous avons eu un échange de quelques mails. Ils sont malheureusement dans le déni de soucis de fabrication de leur produit et ne propose pas de version corrigée. Ok, ils propose le remboursement des défectueuses, mais ils faut les renvoyer et donc payer le port, sans compter que pendant ce temps il n'y a plus de produit en stock dans mon tiroir.
Pour vous faire une idée de la détérioration de leur produit, faites un filtre sur les avis de moins de 6 mois sur Trustpilot !!!
Pas de temps à perdre à renvoyer les produits et à s'expliquer... je change de marque !

Jucce Bar ..!!! Amazing rechargeable device with so many flavours. I tried pink lemonade flavour and taste was so smooth and nice , love it . Must try it 😀
