Turned up to vanwise in Harlow. Greeted with a smile and treated like they wanted my business. Picked a van, bought it and returned a few days later to collect. Service was efficient, simple and smooth. Darren was excellent with the purchase and Kelly a dream at handover. Will return when we need another vehicle. Stock and prices spot on

Great Company good prices lots of stock, Irfan delt with me first via telephone as he is in call center, then when visited showroom in Harlow Friendly receptionist, I was then delt with by a lady called Kelly who was very nice & professional handover went very smooth & was a quick turnaround as needed van very quickly due to old van breaking down highly recommend :-)

Purchased a new 2022 plate Double Cab Ford Transit Custom van from Vanwise Harlow yesterday in part exchange with my older van, after being let down by another dealership.
Salesmen Taj and Finance Man Irfan were really helpful, a pleasure to deal with and so far, we are very happy with the van, after one day purchase.
Would return to them again for future purchases.

AVOID!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They are proper scammers and liars. 6 months ago I got a van on a finance with them and my only condition was the finance to be arranged under my business name ONLY. The salesperson dealing with the purchase reassured me that I won't be mentioned as a Guarantor on the finance agreement. A couple of months later speaking to the Finance company I found out that actually he did put me as a Guarantor despite what he told me.
BE AWARE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DODGY COMPANY!!!!

Sent 3 emails and left 2 voicemails for someone to call/email me back but after a fortnight of nothing and having finance in place for straight forward deal have gone elsewhere.

All I wanted was a test drive and a decent deal but obviously expecting too much in the way of old fashioned customer service.

Irfan and Taj recently helped us with all the information we needed to buy a van. They were very helpful and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company and Irfan and Taj!!

Well where do I start Sam took my call dealt with my enquiry immediately, passed my details to Irfan sales manager I was called quickly sent photos of my part exchange, it was valued close to the figure I had in mind and we struck a deal, I arrived there at 8.30 am was welcomed with a cup of coffee after 240 mile trip, I was met by Taj who dealt with my paperwork and part ex they arranged removal of my private plate for me sorted the tax for my new van and my drive away insurance, I was back on my way at 10am, I can honestly say I was really pleased with the service provided by all members of staff at van wise and would not hesitate to recommend then to anyone needing a new van, service second to none all querys answered without hesitation, absolute pleasure to deal with, well done guys keep up the good work and I'm sure you will be seeing me again many thanks

I bought a van during pandemic. I purchased the vehicle in full when I arrived to collect vehicle it wasn’t the one advertised. I still took the van the tyres were not legal and there was a problem with the guy issuing MOT there. I drove on motorway severe vibration. I managed to get this sorted 6 months down the line gearbox failed. Investigation found elastic bands used to hold gear lever in place. AA warranty sold as extra is not worth a penny as the try and wriggle out. No mechanic will touch warranty as they don’t pay the going rate per hour. STAY WELL CLEAR.
