I think the ring is really pretty, I wear it everyday. The weight of the ring is a lot lighter than I thought though but still a great ring. It’s wearing a bit already but I don’t take my rings off really ever so that’s to be expected at some point, just didn’t think it would happen so quick. Either way, I love the ring and would buy again.

I ordered almost 50 days ago, and I didn’t receive anything, you were delaying the order then you put on the system that it’s delivered.
I emailed you and no one answered.

Wanted to return the item but no response from the team. It was a complete waste of my money

Never received my order, the tracking number sent to me by customer service is not a valid tracking number. Waste of money, never buying from you again and will never recommend it to anyone.

It took around 2 1/2 weeks to get the products by I am very happy with the quality and they are gorgeous!

They're getting better & faster at delivery!!!

I didn't even receive both of my packages. It says it has been delivered but I didn't even receive the package and there's no way of knowing where the package even ended up. I am really disappointed. I was so excited to wear the jewelry I bought as well. Now the Vanessa flair team doesn't even reply to me after telling me to check with the neighbours if its was delivered. I checked and they said they haven't seen the package as well.

The jewelry is beautiful. It's just the delivery that's a problem. I got an email stating the jewelry had been delivered and it had not. That happened another time, too. And it takes a while to get the order.

I finally got it quickly after emailing you. Really pretty.

I’m still waiting for my order.
I try to contact the customer service and nothing.
I do not recommend using the product.
