Wendy and Les are fantastic, their expert knowledge and robust advice make a real difference. Communication is excellent, with consistent follow‑up throughout the process, and they are always available for a chat whenever needed. I've been using Mark since my first mortgage around 15 years ago and to this day - I wouldn't go anywhere else, the level of service, speed, expertise and experience I believe can't be matched.

I've had affordability checks, moving parts, rate changes, issues with solicitors and more and Mark handles everything with ongoing advice throughout.

My latest mortgage, completing tomorrow, was at the lowest rate possible, which was adjusted and re-locked in before the rise. Not only that it was a company purchase which, again, Mark assisted with far beyond the fee (we even switched from personal to a company after financial advice and nothing was a problem).

Buying a house is long and arduous due to all the red tape from the Government these days. Its nice to know that at least one element of the process is made easier, working with a broker like those at VA Mortgages. Would be happy to recommend their services to anybody that reads this.
