Excellent service and the delivery was done in the next day! Very professional staff and helpful. The box was missing the printed instructions and manual but the team shared a pdf document with me. The actual look and color of the dail is very nice and much more beautiful that the pictures.

I heard of the brand via YouTube, so I decided to check it out for myself. I did some research on the brand, and what to expect prior, and while I did have some issues ordering, they were immediately resolved. The product I ordered was a Lunar Calendar Automatic in silver/blue with a metal bracelet.

My start of my experience began on April 6, when I first ordered the watch. I did have some issues with getting an order confirmation (such as a processing error when purchasing and the actual confirmation getting lost in my jumk folder somehow), it did get processed and shipped out the next week. It took four days to arrive to the US and two more to get to my destination. I got my package on April 21, 2023.

The watch itself is a lot better than I initially anticipated, given I watched some YouTube reviews of the quartz variant. The case and bracelet feel well constructed and is of good quality, and the finishing is well done. I generally tend to prefer a finer grit for the brushed surface though. The movement in the watch is a Seagull TY2876, which comes with a day/night, and annual calendar complications and from my research should stay accurate unregulated at +/-10-35 seconds a day, and does have hacking and hand-wind. I can compare these features to the Miyota 9125 as they have similar complications, though with Seagull movements, you are usually paying for complications and not the Miyota name. The only reason I see it used here is because the configuration of the complications is nearly identical to the Miyota 6P00 used in the quartz version. The movement also has decoration on the architecture and the rotor, which definitely makes the watch look a lot nicer through the caseback. It is also quiet while ticking.Unlike the quartz version, the automatic uses a sapphire crystal (a feature I believe should be standard given its pricing). The bracelet is solid link, and while it is a bit stiff near the lugs articulates fairly well too. With three lugs, it fits my 7.25 inch wrist perfectly. I also like how the automatic diverges from the styling of the quartz, and the bezel screws are perfectly aligned. I have not had any major QA issues with the watch either.

The biggest dislikes I have tend to focus on usability and wearability: I think the crown is a bit small and difficult to grip, and I do think an extra millimeter or two in the dimensions would make it easier to operate. The bracelet could also use some half-links if possible to make finer adjustments easier, given the lack of micro-adjustments is a very common downside with butterfly clasps. I also find the jump and pause of the second hand when pushing in the crown to be strange given my prior experience with other mechanical movements, though it might be a quirk of that movement in particular.

So overall, I have enjoyed the new watch, and appreciate the helpfulness of the customer service.

I purchased my watch on March 31, 2023. The order said 2-5 days delivery. I still have not received my order, and no response from sender. Not like they care but I purchased this for a bday gift knowing it would come in time. Feel like I’m waiting for ab AliExpress package. Very disappointed

I was one of the early pioneers of this watch brand and got my first watch during their crowdfunding period, and i was initially worried, seeing as it was a new brand that was unheard of, but I must say, its one of the best purchases I may have ever made. Especially for the price, its a luxury watch with a beautiful design and feel for a very decent price. It has lasted me 3 years now and has been my favorite time piece so far, I always get compliments. I have just gotten my second pair to grow my collection and to test out the automatic version of my current watch. I also have a good interaction with customer service team via social media. He/She was very helpful and has always been quick to answer any questions i've had, including my random inquisitions regarding the growth of the brand. They also were open to acknowledging some of my feedback regarding changes that I felt could be beneficial for the brand and watches.

I'll definitely recommend this brand and am excited to see what the future holds for them. They might be the next Audemars Piguet or Patek Phillipe, I'm rooting for them.

Ordered a watch more than 2 weeks ago. They said 3-5 day delivery which was obviously false. Once i received the tracking link i saw that it had the wrong name on it. I reached out to valuchi to ask for them to change it in order to not cause any delivery issues, no response. Reached out a second time, still nothing. Asked if the delivery taking this long was normal, no response. Still waiting for watch and response.
